we were cheated by some of your agents , since
that time we are requesting sbi to cancel our policies or
convert to some other plan , it was recommended for cancellation
but mumbai branch ( your head office ) is not doing it . if by
the policy matter you cannot cancel our policies please convert
to some other plan . we do not want our money back . we do
not want to continue with this policy . OR whatever possible
amount can be refunded please refund , we will not pay next
premium . please refund whatever possible OR CONVERT TO OTHER PLAN

1 . WE RECIEVED THE POLICIES AFTER 26 DAYS .
AND FURTHER YOUR SO CALLED AGENT GAVE US BY SAYING THAT YOUR
HOUSE IS ALWAYS CLOSED ,HE SHOWED US ENVELOP ALSO ,
THAT IS ATTACHED FOR YOUR KIND REF.. POLICIES WERE GIVEN
TO US WHEN THE FREE LOOK PERIOD WAS OVER , YOU CAN CHECK FORM
COURIOR COMPANY THAT POLICIES WERE NOT RECIEVED BY US BUT BY
YOUR AGENT ...


2 . AS WE WENT TO COMPLAIN TO LUDHIANA OFFICE , THEY
SAID POLICY IS NOT DONE BY THEM , IT IS BY AGRA BRANCH BY
YOUR AGENT JUHI SAXENA

3 . THE ORIGINAL PENSION PLANS WHICH WERE GIVEN TO US ,
ARE ATTACHED ALONG WITH FOR YOUR REF..


4 . AS WE HAVE TOLD U EVERYTHING IN TRUE ( GOLD COIN THING )
BUT THIS THING IS BEING MOULDED BY YOU IN WRONG MANNER

nobody is listning to us , please help , we are in trouble
since 2 months

dear sir ,

myself dr.ajay chhabra and my wife dr .vandana chhabra was
cheated in the name of your company , by some of your agents . please
help us to come out of this . we got a phone call in nov. that sbi is
having a pension plan , and explaind me the plan , that you pay rs
50000 as premium per year and after 20 year u will get pension of
22000 per month for whole life and u will get a 2gm gold coin also on
first premium . we found the schem to be good and invested rs 1 lac.
in the name of sbi . becous u have a big reputation . later on the
person abhinav gupta didnt gave us the gold coin and the policy even
after 25 days then we enquird about from your branch .they said they
dont have any agent by this name . after a month the person came to us
saying gold coins of 2gm are not available in bank , coin of 5 gm is
available ,give me 16000 mor and he will give us the coin . and said
he belongs to moga branch ,and gave us the policie and a chart
explaining pension plan on sbi letter head and shown us his i card
along with agent code

policies were recieved by him not by us and gave us after the 15 days
fre look period was over


when he didnt turn up we went to u r branch ,they said there is no
such plan , it is traditional plan of money back , we are cheated

i have filed a cmplaint and given application to cancel our policies ,
along with a copy of pension plan given to us on sbi letter head and
duly stamped

original copies are with me . please cancel our policies it is an
request
