Sir/madam
Without purchasing the insurance policy and without documents, the SBI credit card showing the due amount in the statement. The SBI credit card agent given me the lifetime free card in 2006 , from 2006 to till date I never used the credit card. As per SBI credit card department , the charges showing in the statements are debited for SBI insurance. Now nobody taking resposibilities, and pressurising to pay the money.

SBI Credit Card — insurance policy without permission / papers

I had a SBI Credit Card No. [protected](Gold Card) since 2003. An amount of Rs. 2614.25 was shown balance in the statement dt.16 feb, 2006. On query, it was informed that an insurance policy was made. But I want to make here clear that I have neither taken any policy nor received any document in this regard and the same has been conveyed that time.

In the month of March, 2006, a phone call was received mentioning the due amount and the above position was conveyed. The calling person has said that the matter will be settled and you pay Rs. 200. Rs. 200 was paid by me. But the amount was further enhanced and matter was not settled and the credit card was blocked.
In the month of June, 2006 a phone call was received to deposit Rs. 500 to settle the above discrepancies. Thereafter, several phone calls were made from your side and I put the above facts to the caller and assured to pass on the matter to the seniors to clear the above discrepancy but the matter was not resolved. I had not paid any amount on the pretext that I had not used my credit card at all.
if I was offender, I would have used my credit card for various purchasings as it was a gold card.

Now, I request you to look into the matter and resolved the same at an early so that I came out from the mental agony.

so cheap about it, please file a case against it...its your hard work don't let any person eat it.Already, govt. is taking our blood in the name of taxes, even in these recession and inflation years.Don't keep quiet and give them more chance.

    I have surrendered ULIP policy Horizon II Policy no:-[protected] on January 18, 2010. But till today I have not received my amount. i have sent my complaint to sbi life but they are ignoring me and harassing me financially and mentally. Please help me. i am sending you the copy of receipt of surrendered policy of date 18 January 2010.
    my complaint is as follows:-

    Sub: - Regarding the payment of surrendered ULIP policy no [protected] Horizon II

    Sir/Madam,
    I had ULIP (policy no [protected]) Horizon II. I have surrendered above ULIP along with requisite formalities at your Jodhpur branch on January 18, 2010. Then I was told that the amount of this surrendered policy will be given to me with in twenty days from the surrendered date. After twenty three days I have not received the cheque, thereafter, I contacted your customer care service and registered the complaint with complaint no 634008 on date 11/02/10.The customer care representative asked me to contact again after three days. I contacted once again after three days then told me that I have single name ( no surname) in my policy documents and concerning department has hold this cheque, he asked me to provide my PAN card & bank details while I had submitted my PAN card copy at the time of commencement of policy. Despite this, I have given my details to your branch on 13/2/10. Your branch officials said wait few days more. It is very surprised to me that you have problem to send the cheque of same name which is shown in costumer’s original policy.
    Well, I am not satisfied with your services that you have not informed this problem to me after more than twenty days while it is your duty to intimate the concerning customer.
    I waited for one week more but I was again disappointed. After this I have contacted Mr. Pradeep Bohra of your Jodhpur branch. He told me to wait few days more. Now after passing one month and seven days I have not received the required cheque.
    I am now very disappointed and regret why I have invested my money around 1.25 lacs per annum in your various products. I realize how I was foolish that I have invested a huge amount in your bogus company where precious customers are treated as stupid and foolish. Your company not only tortures your customers but also misguides and harasses them. I am the example of your these activities. You have not only misguided me but also you have tortured and harassed me financially and mentally both. Your bogus company and its employees are useless.
    I advise you not to send the cheque to me because it is my constraint to go consumer court for getting cheque with interest and compensation. Now I will take this amount in consumer court. I will advise my all friends and relatives no to invest in SBI life co ltd. in future.

    I also SBI life insurance customer, I feel your really very sad.
    You sent your story in a national news paper because they are not understand the problem of that man who given lot of amount of our life to the bank and now he is waiting for return of his amount.
    When bank understand that their reputation down by one man they can action on your policy, Media is powerful platform.

    i am having sbi life insurance policies for 1 lakh each in my son and wofe3's names. I am having the policies as well with me. But it is really shameful to say that nowhere in the policy customer id is given without which a custoer cannot register online for future operations.

      Dear Sir,
      I have one pension plan from SBI life and it was taken in March 2005. I have paid 3-4 premiums and policy is in-force. Few days back I check my statements and found that SBI send me incorrect statements. One statement that says on 31st march 2008,PPA closing balance was Rs 16921.23 but when I again got new statement in 2009 and it was sawing me PPA closing balance was Rs 12192.
      The statement which I got in 2009 was showing that opening balance on 01/04/2008 was Rs 10790.4
      On 5th Feb 2010, I raised this issue with sBI life,SBI life has sent me one more statement that shows following details
      31st March 2008 = Rs. 11437.12
      01st April 2008 = Rs. 11439.19
      01st April 2009 = Rs. 12194.47
      04th February 2010 = Rs. 12762.90
      which does not match with previous statements. Every time new statement with different opening balance. SBI life cheats customers. I have raised this concerns to following address but not getting proper response.

      income, .. After paying premium for 5 yrs or so I m really scared whether I have
      selected the right insurance company with a distant sbi link .. Like many other
      private insurers, there is no clarity in sbi life's dealing with customers .. seldom

        I have taken a Sudarshan SBI Insurance Policy (No.[protected]) in the name of N.S.SRINIVASAN.

        Since I am retired from my service, I am unable to continue the Policy.

        I have sent a duly filled prescribed application form for surrender the Policy after consulting Local SBI (Kalpakkam).

        Original Policy and other required proofs are also sent alongwith covering letter to the address

        They returned back my claim without sending the Original Policy. When I checked with the concern dealing assistant

        they said it was returned. Another person told that I have not sent the Orginal Policy alongwith request. it is totally contradictory.

        I claimed only the premium whatever I paid. They are simply ignoring my request.
        I have made the payment of my policy No-[protected] amount 6000/- on 4th October'2012.Your reference no.is 989291 but i have not get the receipt till now.

          Your Territory Manager Pankaj Sharma phone [protected] has been visiting my house since a long for selling a life insurance. I was finding all ULIP based products nonviable as total charges excluding mortality charges were very high around 15-20%. Then he proposed to me Unitplus-II scheme. As the charges told to me for single premium 2% I opted for it with a premium of 45000/- and life cover 625%.I was not told about mortality charges applicable for my age.No table was given to me as now sent with your policy.I was shown a table for a person with 30 years age and 110% life cover. The charges are nominal in that case. I was told there would not be much change in my case.
          Upon receipt of the policy on 14 November I went thru the table at page 30 and it was shocking.My returns on investment were getting eaten up by mortality charges. I called up Pankaj on 16 November and wanted an explanation about the table. First he tried to convince me with a statement that returns would be 300-400% therefore I should not worry. I asked him what is guarantee as my experience with ELSS scheme of SBI is bad and therefore I would like to go for a safer option as your document promise 6-10% return only. Then he suggested that he can get life cover reduced to 110% so that mortality charges shall reduced and would be nominal. He wrote an application for such request which I signed. Today I received the policy back with a letter that the request is not considered. I called up Pankaj and told him about his fooling the customer with his mis-guidance and sell the product on false and insufficient information. I wanted to get his boss number and he is the boss and their is nobody above him. I wanted SBILIFE head office number and he told its in Delhi and I have to go to Delhi to get its number.Later on I spoke to Chaudhary and Dube and call center also.

          Now I desire that either you reduce the cover to 110% or refund me 45000/- with interest.

          Pankaj has sold me another similar policy on my wife name Shakuntla Agarwal with a premium of 65000/-. Either the cover in her case also should be reduced to 110% or the money is refunded back with interest.

            I Have taken policy in the month of may 2009.Still I haven't received the Policy. after talking at your local office at surat Mr Rishal Bhai (+[protected] t has been dispatched but no ne has taken the courier & will call back after the courier confirmation.He contined the same comments when ever called him up. Now I called him He says that the courier has been accepted by you. I want to just known whether his 1st comments were right or his last commens are right?

            I would like to also known whether I should pay the other instalment of the policy that is due on mya 2010.

            Request to solve this problem as early has possible so that I would be knowing what to do in future.

                I have taken SBI Life Maha Anand policy No [protected].I have paid online premium Rs.2000/- on 4th January 2010 through my friend's SBI Atm debit card online STMT for acc.[protected].But till the updating is not shown on portal.I am trying to telephone on toll free as well as on landline but nobody is responding.As I am managing somehow to pay so I am worried.

                This Policy return is decreased the paid amount. There is no return for this policy. We didn't expect this type of policy through SBI. I suffered and lost my money with policyBut, LIC will give very good return if compare with this policy.

                I paid 72000 as of now. Fund value is 72500 only, If i want to withdraw this amount na, i will get 66000 only. Totally, 6000 loss from this policy.

                        i have signed up a life insurance for my mother on 3/10/2009,sbi LI declined it for medical conditions and till date 31/12/2009 not refunded it back.
                        when ever i make a complaint they just ignore or just dont care its combined with very poor customer service and lack of resposibility towards a customer.
                        All these resons like its been delevired through speed post are irelavant,calling the speed post they have no data where shall a customer get justice!!!!

                          Dear sir,
                          Respectfully i have to state that on above subject that my husband had taken housing loan from sbi jamtara branch code 213 on the name of my registered deed on may,09. My house was insured by sbi jamtara authorised officer with dd no.890810 dated on 6th june 09 of Rs. 8972 only.on 30th Nov,09 my proposal insurance form alogwith DD was returned by sbi life insurance company patna to sbi jamtara and xerox copy to me due to incomplete proposal and was adviced to sbi jamtara for resubmit. I contact to sbi insurence officer jamtara and said due to your negligence, it was returned. After a days the officer deposited Rs.8972 to my husband's housing acount no [protected]. This event really shoked me and my husband.
                          Here question arises that who will pay insterate of 6th month deposited money and why the proposal form was not resubmitted.
                          So please justice with me.

                                Today (04/12/2009) I have done an online transaction to purchase a ticket on 1512/-Tapaswini Exp from Bhubaneswar City Jn to Rourkela. Unfortunately after the payment was made through SBI Debit Card payment gateway, the error, "REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankrespon... came up without giving me the confirmation of the payment and neither the ticket is generated.

                                This is really embarrasing situation and IRCTC is expected to help me at the earliest with the ticket if the payment is already confirmed at their end. If not refund the same amount.

                                  Mr. Sachin Tiwari the agent of SMC insurance broker ( bank/broker/CA code 649455) misguided me for taking the policy of SBI life - smart ulip( proposal no.[protected], policy number- [protected]) .

                                  While giving the policy explained me that you will get the number o[censored]nits at the the Rs. 10/- because of half year ending and company has provided such type of offer.

                                  But I received the policy documents on 29/11/09 and I alloted the number o[censored]nits 3274 numbers at the rate of Rs. 12.68 /- which is on 03/11/2009.
                                  This is completely misguiding of people .

                                    I have taken above policy on 15.11.06 through your Branch and 1st instalment of Rs. 4050/- has been paid. But after that I discontinue my policy. Inspite of that my account was debited by Rs. 4051/- on 22.1.08 but after reminding that I have discontinue my policy your branch has again reverse the amount 24.1.08.

                                    But again after about 2 years my account is debited by Rs. 8102/- on 26.10.09. Again in this regard I contact to branch Mr. Vijay Kumar and forwarded me to Mr. Tushar Srivastava who deals in this subject. At first Mr. Tushar Srivastava told me that due to some technical problem it has been occurred. So, your amount will be reversed within 3 days. But it not happen and again I talked on 18.11.09 and that time he committed me that positively your account will be credited by 25.11.09. But till today my account has not yet credited.

                                    So, I would request you to please credit my account immediately without any further delay.
