I have surrendered ULIP policy Horizon II Policy no:-[protected] on January 18, 2010. But till today I have not received my amount. i have sent my complaint to sbi life but they are ignoring me and harassing me financially and mentally. SBI life sends incorrect statements

Dear Sir,
I have one pension plan from SBI life and it was taken in March 2005. I have paid 3-4 premiums and policy is in-force. Few days back I check my statements and found that SBI send me incorrect statements. One statement that says on 31st march 2008,PPA closing balance was Rs 16921.23 but when I again got new statement in 2009 and it was sawing me PPA closing balance was Rs 12192.

Dear Sir, I have a SBI life Sudarshan plan A policy bearing no[protected] and thereby i have deposited the premium amount on Jan/2010. But I have not recieved the premium reciept till today. Premium Update

I have taken SBI Life Maha Anand policy No [protected].I have paid online premium Rs.2000/- on 4th January 2010 through my friend's SBI Atm debit card online STMT for acc.[protected].But till the updating is not shown on portal.I am trying to telephone on toll free as well as on landline but nobody is responding.As I am managing somehow to pay so I am worried.

complaint unattended

i have signed up a life insurance for my mother on 3/10/2009,sbi LI declined it for medical conditions and till date 31/12/2009 not refunded it back.
when ever i make a complaint they just ignore or just dont care its combined with very poor customer service and lack of resposibility towards a customer.

Misguiding

cheating by SBI Agent

Received a promotional call from SBI Customer Care regarding life insurance policy which stated that I have to invest Rs 30000/- per year for three years and in return I will be provided Rs 134000/- in the forth year. I found this policy beneficial and ask them to send a SBI Agent for further proceeding. A SBI agent named AJAY GOEL, sent for further proceedings also confirmed the same conditions as told by the SBI customer care executive....
