I am a subscriber of your policy “ Shubh Nivesh” UIN 111N055V01 which I paid the first yearly premium of Rs. 64093/-which was deposited on 09/01/2012. Subsequently after the first premium was paid I realised that since I was unaware of all the details of the policy I had made a wrong investment by taking up the wrong plan.
Subsequently I did not deposit the next premiums and they stand due till date.
After a discussion with my Chartered Accountant who advised me that if I did not pay any further premium the amount of first premium would lapse and I would also lose the amount of the first premium paid .
I decided to look into the details and approached the local branch at Sitapur through him where the person dealing with Insurance advised that I shall have to pay 5 annual premiums before I can surrender the policy whereas on page no 13/32 of the Policy Bond received by us, under the heading Guaranteed Surrender Value it says that we have to pay 3 annual premiums before we can surrender the policy.
It is at this point of time that I would need your help to let me know clearly that :-
• That amount of premium that I have to pay to revive the policy
• That how many years premium has to be paid after which I can surrender the policy.
• The amount of Loss that I would suffer if I clos this policy and invest in a Plan.
• That are there any ways I can save the losses that I would incur because I had chosen a wrong plan.

I want to close, and closing letter was given to Your local Branch in TIRUPUR on 7th feb 2014 and given all bank details till iam not Getting My Amount .
