[Resolved] SBI Life Insurance/ Life long pension plan — SBI life sends incorrect statements | |
Dear Sir, I have one pension plan from SBI life and it was taken in March 2005. I have paid 3-4 premiums and policy is in-force. Few days back I check my statements and found that SBI send me incorrect statements. One statement that says on 31st march 2008,PPA closing balance was Rs 16921.23 but when I again got new statement in 2009 and it was sawing me PPA closing balance was Rs 12192. The statement which I got in 2009 was showing that opening balance on 01/04/2008 was Rs 10790.4 On 5th Feb 2010, I raised this issue with sBI life,SBI life has sent me one more statement that shows following details 31st March 2008 = Rs. 11437.12 01st April 2008 = Rs. 11439.19 01st April 2009 = Rs. 12194.47 04th February 2010 = Rs. 12762.90 which does not match with previous statements. Every time new statement with different opening balance. SBI life cheats customers. i have started my Lifelong pension-plan 1 from[protected] Rs10`000/
Every year but i did`nt got my regular total amount how much amount rise up today.
So i am reqesting u pl send me my total amount how much amount rise as per ur plan record in this month i willsend my this years amount as soon as possible as earlier practise.

income, .. After paying premium for 5 yrs or so I m really scared whether I have
selected the right insurance company with a distant sbi link .. Like many other
private insurers, there is no clarity in sbi life's dealing with customers .. seldom
I got any reply to my e-mail to [protected]@sbilife.co.in .. That has deterred me from
investing in any other schemes of sbi-life .. unlike LICI we have very little access
to a sbi-life office carrying out a semblence of serious business.. I am at a point
of no return, but I REPENT MY DECISION...

SIR, I AM S SOUNDAR RAJAN AND I HAVE SB AC NO [protected] AND LOAN AC NO [protected]. Now sb account is in Khasa Br at Amritsar (Punjab). FURTHER I HAVE TAKEN SBI LIFE POLICY ALONGWITH LOAN ACCOUNT. ERRONEOUSLY MY POLICY DOCUMENTS LEFT IN MY HOME TAMILNADU AND SERVING IN ARMY AT JODHPUR. SO I WANT TO KNOW MY SBI LIFE POLICY NO ABD HOW IT POSSIBLE INTIMATE ME PLEASE.
