My name is MOHD AZIM SHEIKH, MY account no. is 2524 saving account in jk bank branch Batote Distt and Tehsil Ramban.
on 21st of November i withdrwal the amount of rs 10000,,,from SBI atm Batote,, ATM response was ur limit was reached of today ,,,,,,before that i withdral rs 40000 frombank at the same time and after that 4000 i withdrawl from ATM SBI and JKBANK ATM 2000 each,,, but when i insert card again on SBI ATM FOR 10000 then my limit reach ATM told me ,,, but frommy account 10000 automatically Debited I dont o how it was happen,,,,, i complaint on my home branch BATOTE jk bank they were not interested to take my complaint seriously i visited many times then they mail to SBI bank after 11 or 12 days when i visited bank at least 10 times... then said if SBI bank will response us then we will tell u it will take 15 days u have to wait and also jkbak Batote told me I our record ur payment has been suceesfully debited to you ,,,,,,,, i dont no how so please if aNY ONE WHO IS HONEST AGAINST HIS WORK SO HELP ME PLEASE

I purchased a nokia mobile from a local vendor dated on 5 april 2009. Then I moved to some other locations, and in this busy schedule I lost my original bill. After few days i was having a problem in my handset. As still today that mobile is in warranty period, so I asked the vendor for second bill. He refused to give saying that purchase a new mobile from him.
Please do tell me that getting a second bill from vendor is a costumers right or I am wrong. Why should I purchase a second mobile or why should i pay for service when I am deserving for warranty period service.
