the cashier of state bank of india begumganj distt.raisen madhya pradesh ,behaviour is not well,not do work on time and said this is lunch time.when i said to complaint then he said JO BANE TO KAR LO. aisa he hamara india.jab bank officer hi achchhe nahi hai to rbi action kyo nahi leti. mis behaviour se costumer jump to other bank. plz take action. my number is [protected]

sir i am having account no.[protected] in kannamangalam branch(3865) tamil nadu .on 14/5/12 i withdraw the amount of 10000 through ATM in Bangalore. the amount didn`t come out. but in the slip it shows withdrawal of 10000.i logged the compliant in customer care of sbi the compliant no.AT[protected].but till now there is no action they have taken. sir please take the action to get my money back. pl send any information regarding this my contact mail id srivandh.revu.[protected]@gmail.com

My name Rashid Iqbal i belong to dhanbad jharkhand and my bank brach is katrasgarh and my A/C no is [protected].i was lost my atm debit card on 20Feb 2011 after lost my atm debit card i immediatly blocked atm debit card on the date of 21 Feb 2011 1:41:20.after that i went to sbi branch for fill reissue form and submited form but still i didn't get .i also mailed of customer care service but he said to me ur atm debit card will be shortly despatched.i use to regular consult my post man but he
only say there is no any post o[censored]r postel address.what i do suggest me now i'm facing a lot of problem of transaction.

sir on dated 16.05.2012 i went to sbi bank at het piplani bhopal branch.. basic no[protected] to open a saving account.. at 10.40 am pm ..there was a lady sitting on account opening counter.. but till 1.30 pm she had not taken/received my application form although i have completed it with all necessary documents like...electricity bill,pan card , voters id card copy,photographs etc, finally when i said to receive the application form... she refused to take the form & said to me.. to bring the merriage certificate..although i am bonafide resident of bhopal city (said address).. she misbehaved with me... i am a pgt at kedriya vidyalaya sangathan ib bhopal kindly take the necessary action..

My mother applied for the mortgage loan before 3 month ago and bank employee told to my mother your loan is approve and disbursed the amount ASAP but sir after 3 month bank says your loan is decline .sir my mother is every week go to bank and every time bank employee told my mother your loan is approve .sir my mother Reg. is amount but 3 month my mother is not applied the loan any other bank due to state bank of India approve my loan my mother is very mentally disturbed on this time.so sir please action on this matter if my mother is mentally disturbed than who are responsible of this accident.

sir I want to take personal loan from sbi katakipukhuri branch , jorhat , Assam sir I am customer of this bank from last 3yrs
sir , when I approach for loan form to the branch manager on 12/2/2012 then he told me that form of loan can be avail only after 15/3/12. after this date, I try for same then again he call me after 31/3/12.
sir on 1/4/12 I went for loan form to the branch manager then he indirectly asked for money in respect of loan sanctioning.
sir, still i am not getting loan form ,i am suffering a lot because of need of loan amount. sir what i do?

I got an SBI Card against FD of Rs 55000/- (card no [protected]) for which six instalments (out of 11) have already been paid. Initially the billing was such that the last dt for payment would be 6th or 4th of every month, but suddenly it has been changed to 1st day of every month without any intimation to me.l need to know the reason for such change and reschedule it to the earlier 4 or 6th of every month, otherwise I am not in a position to continue with the scheme. Is it a newer method of cheating the faithful customer? Someone must clarify.

I withdrawn Rs.3000 today afternoon from IDBI Bank Atm in Etah(U.P). After all the instructions got executed properly but money was not received and amount Rs. 3000 was deducted from my SBI Account No.- [protected] of SBI Etah Branch.
Please take the corrective action as soon as possible.

1.An SBI CARD no.[protected] & an add-on card in the name of ASHOK K AGARWAL & SHANTANU AGRAWAL was issued against a FIXED DEPOSIT RECEIPT NO. [protected] (Rs. 20,000/- ) issued by State Bank Of India, Kharar branch(Branch Code 10747), Mohali, Punjab (Ph.[protected] where I had my SB account for transfer of my salary account. At the first instance this was a wrong selling of credit card by the SBI Card & bank officials....

MY NAME IS SURENDRA KUMAR JANGID ,I WORK IN INDIAN RAILWAY IN POST- ASST. LOCO PILOT MUMBAI DIV. HEAD QUTTER -SURAT,GUJARAT. I tried booking a ticket through IRCTC on 23 April 2012 , through SBI debit card. The total fare of Rs 839.00. has been deducted from my bank account, but no ticket was shown in booked history. I tried to debit Rs. 800 from PNB ATM, Chattrpur, New Delhi through my SBI ATM card on 20th Sept. 2011, but the machine hanged and was showing some error, i waited for some time then my transaction didn't place so i canceled it. Then i checked my balance after 2-3 days and it was showing a debit of 10,000.i Marked a complaint to SBI, Madhav Nagar Branch, Ujjain and to their LHO office. So, i got my money on 7th day but then again they debited it from my account. They are saying that the money is debited from ATM and sent a log to me. I didn't tried to debit 10,000 i just tried Rs. 800 so how can they show a debit entry of Rs. 10,000. i saw, There was some problem in ATM machine because some more customers were struggling to the machine. This machine error should be rectified as soon as possible. Kindly help....

unfortunately I took a credit card from SBI credit cards and investments P Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of GE financial services ltd, a MULTINATIONAL COMPANY. Initially I thought that the card operations are done by SBI, a nationalised Bank and took the card.

I had a dispute regarding the lost card and appealed to STATE consumer disputes redressal commission and the order was issued quashing the bill raised by the SBI credit cards. They did not appeal the judgement in national commission and hence state commissions order is operational.

I started receiving letters and goons at my doorstep, I complained to police, thereafter physical harassment stopped. But mental harassment over phone and thru letter continued. Even after I sent copies of judgement to the said company's offices at Chennai, Gurgaon, Bangalore , they asked me to come for negotiations to settle the matter, after which they will issue me a closure report. and when i once went to GEs ofice in MG road , Bangalore, they told me that I will be blacklisted for any future loans, if i do not cough up the sum demanded by them, even though I handed them over a copy of the judgement.

In view of the above I am now confused that whom to approach. CREDIT INFORMATION BUREAU of India works for institutions and not for individuals. This is the one which gets info loaded from the banks NBFcs Insurance companies etc, on the credit status of individuals. But they forget to clear when account is settled either thru mutual understanding or by court orders.

Sir, I went to Karhal,Mainpuri[up] for withdrawal of money from sbi atm on 13.5.2012 on sunday but sbi atm was found closed. On asking from nearby personnel it was knows that this atm closed permanently on the day of Sunday. Perhaps, sbi atm are being open & run 24 hours , kindly take action suitably and direct concerned to open atm on the every Sunday. A closed photo of atm taken on 13,5,12 is enclosed with this complaint.

Last year in April my loan of 39.48 lakhs was sanctioned and accordingly agreement was made with fixed base rate 8.25% etc but it is found that it is increasing at regular intervals.
For 1st year the EMI was 50,250 and from this monthit is 51,770 etc with change of rate of interest in between the year also.
Kindly look into the matter . Hoping for an early action.

I am B. Seetharam babu , PPO No.[protected] and Pension Account No. [protected] was retired on VRS from CISF wef. 01.12.2011. During last month, I have been received Payment Authorisation SSA from Pay & Accounts Officer Central Pension Accounting Office, Delhi bearing Special Seal authority :[protected]/802557 for release and payment of my Pension. Accordingly on 03.05.2011, I have approached SBI, Central Pension Processing Centre, 112/4, Kaliamman Koil Stree, Virugambakkam , Chennai -92 and inquired regarding my pension as I haven't received my pension since Dec'12( since I Got retired on VRS). The Bank authorities suggested me that, I will get one letter from the SBI ,CPPC, Virugambakkam on or before 10.05.2012 and after getting the said letter only I had to appreach SBI Annasalai Branch ( at where my pension account at present held) to sign the life certificate for releasing the pension. Moreover they had given me one Land Line Phone Number[protected], On dialing this number no reply been received and always getting reply that the number ia busy.
After getting VRS, I am working in a private firm and frequent leave could not be possible. Being a Private firm it is very much to ake for Leave. Now, I am facing some financial crises and I had to submit the fees for my son. Hence, it is requested that, my case for regularisation of Pension may pelase be considered at the earliest.

My SBI A/C no is [protected], on 23rd Sep, 2011, I was withdrawing money from my SBI ATM card(FROM SBI ATM of Patna secretriat) but I could not get the money and the amount was deducted from my main balance regarding this I was lodge so many complain in SBI custmour care as well as in my parent SBI branch but I could not get my money back yet. my transction no was 631of 20000 rupees and transction no 632 of 12500 rupees.pls do the needful sir so that my money will be back soon

I submitted one local self A/c payee cheque(no.-713161 o[censored]CO bank Balaramprasad) o[censored]CO bank ,amounting Rs.120000 on 3/5/2012. The same was debited from my UCO BANK A/c on 05/05/2012 . I am attaching herewith the cyber receipt of this transaction generated from UCO bank official e -banking site.

5 days were elapsed , but same was not credited to my SBI a/c- [protected] of branch Kandasar state Odisha. how long will it take to reflect a local cheque . I am not only losing interest of 5 days but also suffering heavy financial loses due to very poor service and callousness of the local SBI branch.This same thing was happened some days back also. This type of very poor and callous service can not be expected from a behemoth bank like SBI.

Not only that nobody from local SBI branch turned up to attain a phone call, they are reluctant to help it shows their attitude towards the customer in general.

I am very much disappointed and frustrated by the service and customer relation of the local branch. This is not the one off case, I was suffering from same problem earlier also.

SRM UNIVERSITY,DATED ON 09TH MAY,AROUND 8:35 AMOUNT OF 1500
yesterday that is on 9th of may,I went to SRM university ATM no.1,KATTANKULATHUR,CHENNAI,and entered a withdrawl amount of 1500..
it showed that 'your transaction is being processed' on the display monitor...
after about one minute i didnt receive any cash,the atm showed that the last transaction is timed out
.i thought that no amount is debited and i throwed the slip...
later on the next day i.e., on 10th may morning at 08.20 when i took a mini statement...
i observed that an amount of 1500 is debited from my account...i was shocked....
so please resolve it with in 24 hours...as i am a student and this is my father's atm card...i need of money...
so please resolve it by 24 hours..kindly send me a reply....

I Ritesh Jaiswal had bought a flat in Faridabad with RPS builder. The project is approved by State Bank of India for home loan. I applied for a home loan with application number 325432 in the month of November 2011. The SBI took four month and finally rejected the application. Every month the bank manager and it employee used to ask me for some additional documents like the salary slip, bank statement etc which i provided every time. On first review they rejected saying there was no document from the builder which I then showed was already in the file i.e. the file transferred my my name. Then again they said that the property papers are not there which I had already provided the buyer's agreement. Finally they rejected the case.

Now my loan was delayed and the builer will demand interest for delayed payment. Please provide justice. My email address is [protected]@yahoo.com and phone number is [protected]. Please let me know if you need any other information from me.

I am an account holder of your bank & using State Bank Freedom application. When I was trying to transfer Rs. 10,000.00 from SBI A/c to ICICI Bank a/c using mobile banking application via IMPS service the same amount got debited but yet not credited. Details of the transaction provided below and the message received for this transaction is "Your fund transfer for Rs. 10000.00 on 04-05-12 is timed out. Please check with your bank(IMPS reference no.[protected]."

And I have sent mail to below two mail id's which are available in sbi website, but till now I have not received any revert.
