myself s/b acc. holder (acc no [protected]) of mpkv rahuri dist ahmednagar 413722 withdrawn rs 1600 from icici atm at lda colony lucknow (up) but error persists as tranasaction failed & cash did not obtained. on complaint 30.08.2009 & 30.11.2009 ,to bm sbi mpkv rahuri it is not solved instead , irrevalant justification are given so, kindly take the necessary action to above said branch & refund the same amount with penalty of 100 rs/ day.

Dear sir,
I cant able to set My mobile number with my SBI account. I have allready given written application (3 time) to my brach office SBI, MPKV, Rahuri Dist Ahmednagar (Maharastra State). I also try with toll free numbers which suggest me to contact your branch office.
Pls do needful for me...

      DIR SIR
      Humble submission is that the company had applied on 14th sep2007 for loan on 25% or50 lacks susidy which is a scheme under ministry of food processing industry for rice mill in Aurangabad branch of state bank of India.
      1. To join the benefit under the scheme as and when state bank of India branch Aurangabad asked to do any written or verbal instructions of the bank officials company has done accordingly and shell following whatever instruction a issued from time to time to the company.
      2. For benefit of the company branch manager Aurangabad had decided that under SME segment SSI scheme the loan should be granted. The company had no knowledge how company is to be under the above mention scheme therefore, the company gave it consent for grant of loan under the scheme.
      3. The company applied for loan on 14th sep2007 and waited till 26th jul2009 and waiting but when company got minutes of meeting held on 15th apr2009 at 3pm in room no 120 PanchsheelBhawan , New Delhi under the chairmanship of secretary FPI to review the follow up action with nodal officers of focal point banks under decentralised scheme for technology up-gradation/ establishment, modernization of food processing industry and thereafter, the company is under the fear that subsidy will not be granted to company.
      When the company has informed the branch manager Aurangabad regarding taken decisions taken in the above mentioned meeting even than the banks not taking any interest regarding subsidy to the company, There after the directors of the company has decided that since Aurangabad branch is not taking any interest regarding subsidy to the company the matter should be taken to higher authority of the bank.
      4. One of the eleven decisions of the above meeting is that all the old cases of subsidy should be disposed of by 15th may2009 and new cases be enclosed. It was also decided in the meeting that old cases subsidy must be enclosed by 31st may2009 and then only new cases of subsidy be taken up. But due to indifferent attitude of bank official, the company has only E. Number on E. Portal. Therefore the company from 27th jul2009 started to inform the bank officials regarding the matter. Is it crime to inform higher official regarding work of branch manager?
      5. According to website w.w.w.mofpi.nic.in of ministry of food processing industry, Delhi under the decentralisation of plan scheme the subsidy of25% or 50laks is given on the cost of fixed asset 213.73lacks Rs. The Company gets the subsidy it is duty of the bank concerned. This has been confirmed by the website of the ministry. The bank has only taken E. Number of the company on E. Portal but the susidy should have been released and given to the company latest by 31st may 2009.
      6. State bank of India granted loan on 18th dec2007 in the financial year[protected]. Susidy amount has already been released by the ministry for the financial year[protected]. This has been confirmed the website of the ministry but company has got only E. Number on E. Portal .The Company has not received the subsidy amount due to indifferent attitude of the bank officials.
      7. The company should get the subsidy amount but the bank officials are not doing anything for this. According to rule the bank should not had charged interest on term loan of 50lack Rs but bank took interest on the above amount so the bank has charged assess interest on loan.
      8. According to think tank of state bank of India credit rate of rice mills sb9 and above and CRA rating of new rice mill is sb7 and above, the loan for rice mill unit in SME segment rice mill plus 11% to 12.75% is available.
      According to bank of Aurangabad company rice mill unit credit rate and CRA rate sb2 in spite of SME segment granted loan under SSI scheme.
      Branch manager in the interest of bank granted loan on assess interest rate of to 13.25%to14.25%. And also by smooth-taking took consent of the company but took interest on loan at the rate of 13.75% to 14.75%.
      But due to delay of subsidy amount the bank is in the profit but company is suffering lose. Why branch manger could grant loan on SME segment rice mill plus scheme?
      9. Branch manager in his own interest and in the interest of bank showing the latter dated 27th Dec2007 But why he is not showing letter and resolution dated 28th Dec2007 passed by the directors of company to the higher authorities.
      10. Branch manager is showing latter dated 21st aug2007 to his higher authority because with the help of above latter he is trying to hide his fault and the interest of bank but company has written dozens of latter for benefit of subsidy on 14th sep2007 and again wrote latter’s to the branch manager.
      11. If the branch manager considers latter dated 5th sep2008 as green signal than decision taken on 15th apr2009 in the meeting between chairmanship of secretary, FPI and nodal officer of bank, the company should have received the subsidy on 31st may2009. The loan issued by the state bank of India in the financial year[protected] subsidy has already been received which has been confirmed by the website of the ministry. Due to the fault of bank the company has only got E. Number on E. Portal.
      12. According to reserve bank and also by the think tank of the bank in SME segment SSI scheme 0% mortgage and on 0% margin or rice mill plus scheme 15% to 25% margin and 75% company guarantor valued loan is available but bank officer granted loan by surpassing plan scheme. The bank manager has taken 141.85 lacks and land valued at 12 lacks plus fixed deposit, LIC, SBI Life of 20 lacks. The company had objected about mortgage than bank official refused to issue loan. Therefore the company was forced to give fix deposit, LIC SBI life and land in mortgage. The company has spent on rice mill unit 113.73 lacks to till 31st march2009. Company collateral security is valued 287.58 lacks and guarantor valued 433.04 lacks. The total guarantee of the company is valued 705.62lacks.
      13. Therefore as per rule the think tank of the bank return 20 lacks of fixe deposit, LIC, SBI life and also land mortgage of 12 lacks so that company could spent the above mentioned amount on the development of the company because bank gave to the company 91. 48 lack fewer amounts as loan.
      14. When branch manager granted loan to the company at that time a written agreement was signed by the company and the bank. In the agreement it was agreed that interest of every month will be deposited in the bank in next month will be deposited in the bank in next month between the date one to the last date of the month but branch manager takes interest amount and instalment of term loan amount before last day of the month from the company’s account and this is being done without informing the company and also without the cheque issued by the company.
      15. Company got information from website of ministry that application on for subsidy should be filed before commercial production. The raw rice unit of the company was ready by March 2008. The boiled rice unit was ready by september2008. The company applied for commercial production many bank does not replied. Therefore the company started commercial production of raw rice from 29th jan2009. But commercial production of boiled rice could not be started because the company is under the impression that some problem may be faced by the company’s regarding subsidy. Due to the uncooperative attitude of the bank the company’s commercial production could not started fully and for this the company is suffering lose.
      16. Whenever company director meets the bank officials regarding above mentioned matter than branch manager only explains how recovery agents behaves with party. Does the company’s position is for recovery?
      17. When branch manager granted loan to the company taking too much interest but now branch manager is not taking any interest that company gets the subsidy in time. And for this the company suffered loss of one corer and still suffering loss. Due to the indifferent attitude of the branch manager the company has failed to deposit interest and instalment amount since july2009.
      18. Therefore it hubby submitted that you take interest regarding company’s problem so that company is all to return bank loan. The company’s directors take interest in this season is December2009 towards the company or they are involved in rule and regulation of bank. The state bank of India took E. Number on E. Portal for company 27th Aug2009 BUT gave wrong information about the company on E. Portal. This was corrected only on 14th Oct2009.
      19. That the instance with fact of recovering loan, taking excessive interest on the loan amount and not giving subsidy according to the prescribed from in spite of the sanction by the ministry of food processing and taking assets mentioned in the preceding paragraphs as mortgage out of the circular indicates altogether the harassing ill motivated and in active attitude of the bank.
      20. Respected sir due to indifferent attitude of the bank the commercial of company was much delayed. The company suffered financial loss for the above mentioned reason. If you take interest in the company’s matter. Than the company will get subsidy soon so that company’s loss can be avoided and also company get bake LIC, Fix deposited , SBI life worth 20lacks and land worth 12lacks so that this amount can be spent on the development of the company.
      Whether the above mentioned fact shows that bank manager is not taking any interest regarding subsidy to the company.
      Whether the above mentioned facts only company is at fault or the bank this should also is decided? For this kind consideration I will be obliged. DEVENDRA KUMAR SINGH

        I'm Holding Railway SBI Card having No:

        On 17/5/2009, a cheque of Rs.5000.00, having Cheque No:586143,of Bank Of India was presented to SBI Card, and then I was been informed through a received letter dated 4th June 2009, from Pathak and Associates (Advocates), New Delhi, Sub: Notice under Section 138, for my cheque which was not at all given by me.your the cheque is bounced,as a matter of fact I 'm not holding any account till date in Bank Of India and I don't know who has played mischief(might be your collection agency in Baroda), who has submitted my Card No, on the cheque.

        I have I was very shocked on receiving this as I'm working as Branch Manager in a reputed Company and I have got a good image in the society.
        I have requesed several times since June 2009 to Baroda GE branch to Mr. Rajeev and Anu Madam as well as customer service for apology letter and reversal of charges levied to me for this unfair act done to me, but till date no apology letter has been issued to me.
        I 'm very much fed up and frustrated now , so writing to you expecting for a proper justice to look deeply into the matter or I'll be forced to knock doors of the Court for this act from SBI Cards, which is very shocking.

          I have applied for both Subh Yatra and SBI Railway credit card. My Subh Yatra account in active since October 18 2009, but haven't received SBI Railway credit card yet (Dec 2 2009). When I click apply for SBI railway card it says,
          "Thank You. You have successfully applied for your SBI Railway Credit Card"

          That means they have received my request.

          SBI Railway Card — not received sbi railway card

          i'm member of subha yatra scheme(cust id:[protected])...i've not received my sbi railway card...name s NANDESHWARAN...pls make an enquiry and send me my card as early as possible...
          I have applied for SBI Railway credit card vide application No. [protected] on dated 14/09/2009. I have received telephonically (mobile) call on 24/10/09 till date i have not received my SBI Railway Card.
          I am mechanical engineer serving in ONGC as senior executive, From SBI
          Card, I received many calls during last many months, approching to
          have SBI -Railway Card, finally I decided to have it, application
          is filled, & assured to have SBI-Railway card,

          on[protected] I received SMS "that appliaction is under process &
          within 15 days card will be issued, "

          on[protected] I received SMS saying

          We regret, we are unable to accept your request for SBI Card at this
          point of time as it doesnot meet our internal policy for card
          issuance.

          If you don't wish to issue SBI Card, Why you are distubing peopel &
          collecting document & getting signed on document, I request you to
          kindly return back document collected & signed document be handedover
          to me so that I can distroy it,
          I have received phone calls from the concern person but till now i have'nt got any card may i know whom should i contact for getting this card.
          I am applied for SBI Railway credit card one month before. Up to now i am not having any updated information. Please let me know.
          I have applied for SBI Railway credit card vide application No. S[protected] on dated 04/11/2010. My Date of Birth was 16th February 1980 and Mother name: Varalakshmi. Till date i have not received my SBI Railway Card. Please do the need full.

          SBI railway card — card not delivered

          I had been contacted by IRCTC SBI card authority and told that I am eligible for SBI railway card holder as i am a frequent railway traveller.I provided the necessery documents to the agent he verified them and told me that card will be delievered in 15 days.Its been a month now and i got no corrospondance from their end.

          i had applied for railway card and got it, in which there was speeling mistake in my name, i requested for new card, i dint get the new card nor pin for the old card, but i was billed 40, 000/- rs by the month of feb 2013.

          i have not activated my old card because i dint received the pin. still i have been charged.

          so my kind request to all indian citizen is not to go for SBI railway card, you will be cheated.

            I hold a saving a/c in State Bank of India. One day when i went to my sbi branch in Gokuldham,Goregaon(e) to inquire about demat services of sbi . One of the representatives of Sbi demat services named jagdish informed me that there is no a/c opening charges & annual maintenance charges for one year after one year i will be charged Rs.399 as annual maintenance charge thinking that he is a employee of reputed bank he won't lie i agreed to him and opened an a/c. but, in march 2009 my a/c was being debited of 400Rs. again in may i was being debited with Rs.399 when i asked sbi they informed me that were annual maintenance charges & a/c opening charges. i complaint to the superior of sbicapsec but got no reply from them. some superiors told that they could do nothing about it . because of there representatives misinformation i had to suffer. Please get me my money refunded . In this fear i haven't used my demat a/c a single time.

            You took $34.19 out of my checking account on 3/19/2010 and I would like it back. I've already cancelled the services that I never used.the cancellation # is 4818775.
            My name is M. Samsunder, Once I was at my sb account bank, SBI, Nagarcoil, the representative at the deemat desk informed me that the annual fee for the account was only rs 400. So I have opened a deemat account, To my surprise Rs500 was debited from my account .after ten days another Rs386as debited from my sb account, I went to the bank to enquire, but last one month there is no one in the deemat desk.Now Iwould like to close the account.But no one in the bank helping me to close the account.
            I want to close my deemat account .Please guide me.

              Dear Sir,
              My father was a Railway Pensioner (Original Pension File No.377). He expired on 11.12.2008 and accordingly I have applied for family pension & balance 60 percent arrears in the month of April, 2009 but neither pension nor any response received from bank till October. On 31.10.2009, I have lodged a complaint No.2249 with CPPC, New Delhi and also written various e-mails to DGM customer Service and also submitted all the papers again with paying branch (code 03389) in the month of Nov.,2008 but till date neither the pension is credited to my mother's account No.[protected] nor I have received any response from pension payiung branch.

              You are requested to convey my complaint to the relevant authorities and arrange release of Family Pension & balance 60 percent arrears. immediately.

                Sir, I have an savings account in STATE BANK OF INDIA, A.U.CAMPUS, VISAKHAPATNAM, ANDHRA PRADESH, with a/c. no:[protected].I regularly draw money from different Bank ATM Counters, on 1/12/2009 I visited the ANDHRA BANK ATM Centre at GAURI NIVAS, PANAJI, GOA. when I inserted the card and after typed my Pin number the report came out that your has declined. and it gives error code with 054. but it surprised I saw that the amount of Rs 520/- has been deducted from my account.

                I request the concerned authorities to look into the matter and see that my amount of Rs 500/- will be credited again to my account.

                I am VENKATA MAHA LAKSHMI DANGETI account holder of SBI branch, ANDHRA UNIVERSITY, VISAKHAPATNAM (A/C No: [protected]) from 27/07/2006 onwards. I have transferred money through online banking to SBH on 14th of September 2010. Transaction displayed successful and amount of Rs.500 had been deducted from my account on the same day. But the money was not credited on the beneficiary account until now. I have approached nearest SBI branch and they told me write a letter to corresponding Branch. (Third Party transfer).
                But the details being shown in my account about this transaction are given below.

Actually Beneficiary account holder has transferred account from Rajendranagar to Balanagar (INTERCITY transfer). I don’t know that I have to delete saved beneficiary account and again I have to add freshly for doing transaction as it is transferred. I visited SBH Balanagar manager as this SBH account also mine. He told me that delete that account and add freshly with Balanagar branch. Now transfers are going normally. But my 14Sep2010 transaction amount neither come back to my SBI nor added to my SBH. Why I have transferred money to SBH that I have LIC ECS through SBH account.
                Please kindly help me to get back my money.

                  Sir,
                  Long back (may be more than a year) i have applied or SBI railway credit card. four months back one telecaller lady called me from Bangalore and told that we want to give SBI railway card. I said Ok give me. From that point onwards i have received more than ten calls from your telemarketing team regarding my complete details.Finally they told we are sending our Rep to collect the documents. two to three times i gave time and was waiting nobody has come to collect. Then the same telecaller phoned me and asked did our Rep come?. I said no, then he told sorry (This story continued for one week). Finally one fellow (Rep) came to my house and collected Xerox copy of the ID proof and filled in application signed by me.After a week i received a message from TA-SBI card that my application is under processing, in the mean time one more fellow came for address check and he enquired how long u r staying etc.
                  At this point of time i thought that though it was late but this SBI card team is really working very systematically for issuing Card like that. After this much of disturbance to me by phone call, collection of all details, last week i have received a message that "We regret, we are unable to accept your request for SBicard at this point of time as it does not meet our internal policy for card issuance".
                  By reading this message i was really shocked because
                  for the past five years i am using only IRCTRC for booking my railway tickets without any credit card facility.
                  I am a Central Govt. Class I officer with PayBand 3 serving since 2003 and income tax assessee
                  On what basis they have rejected my request.
                  If i am not elligible for the card, i surprised who else are eligible for your card.
                  How your TA-SBI team is working i dont know even if they are fooooolish to the core also cannot reject my application. (i am really v sorry use such a harsh word)
                  Now what i want is Defnitely i dont want your card at this time, but i want my documents back

                  Kindly return my signed application and ID proof xerox which were collected by you Rep.

                  SBI IRCTC Card - Before you read this review, i apologize for the length of the review. But i assure you that i have tried to cover all the terms and conditions of the SBI railway card for the people benefit.

                  I got a call from a man (KAMLESH) telling that he is calling on behalf of IRCTC (Really they r agents for SBI credit Card).

                  He told that irctc offers u card with the following benefits
                  - No platform ticket for any railway platforms in INDIA (No rly officials r aware of it)
                  - No transaction charges for internet ticket booking(1.8%).
                  - 10% Cash back for AC tickets. Railway points for all the tickets booked online using the card.It also can be used as credit card.
                  - Initially no charge for 1st year and if you like the card you can renew it by paying 300/- Rs 350 bonus points.

                  He was asking for the documents on the same day by giving the reason that there executives are in bangalore circle today and tomorrow they will be in mysore circle. He said because you are using irctc for 4 years so it is a offer for your transactions in IRCTC. I asked for some time and verify the card details on the website:

                  He again called saying that he will send the executive tomorrow and before that he will give me a call. I told him that this card is not beneficial to me as i travel in 3 tier AC mostly. Then he told that i can use this card as a credit card.Next day he called me but before that i read the card reviews on Mouthshut and told him that i am not interested in the card as i am getting good offers from my already existing cards. And the card is not beneficial for a sleeper and 3 tier passengers.

                  After that he started talking harshly that you wasted my time and put your phone down etc..He was calling from the following number - [protected] and [protected]

                  Benefits as mentioned on the website:
                  1) Get 10% of your base fare as Railway Points, on AC class (except 3 AC) railway tickets
                  2) benefit from an exclusive 1.8% transaction charge waiver on your credit card transactions

                  Other benefits and hidden terms and condition copied from irctc website (http://www.irctc.co.in/loyalty.html)

                  Please read carefully on the above mentioned website as there are many cons.
                  1) Points can be redeemed only after minimum of 500 points accumulated
                  2) You must be one of the passengers on the ticket to earn Railway Points. Also, Railway Points will be awarded only on your individual fare
                  3) If you cancel a redeemed ticket before the date of journey, you forfeit 50% of the Railway Points, over and above the existing cancellation charges

                  SBI should teach their tele-executives about the manner. Their work is to sell their products but it depends on the customer whether they want to take or not.So be careful when this call comes to u.Think whether it is useful to u and go for it.

                  SBI Railway Credit Card — Taking all Documents and lastly dropped the CARD

                  I got a call from a woman telling that he is calling on behalf of

                  SBI IRCTC CREDIT CARD---Robbing the customers bigtime

                  This is a useless credit card. I think the whole SBI bank itself is very backward, and does not suit the current times.
                  I have been using this useless credit card and paying huge financial charges every month. No other bank charges so much.
                  I have lost my peace of mind thinking of the credit card satements generated every month.
                  The financial charges are more than the my expenditure with this card.
                  Please beware and do not opt for this card, you will end up loosing most of you bank balances.
                  Also the reward point system is a bogus. All the points turn to zero by the end of every month, even when you dont redeem the points.
                  Shame on SBI for designing such a useless credit card, and least expected from the most reputed of all the banks.

Alonwith this one Add On is also issued in name of my wife Ruchira Sharma. This add on card has been lost. Kindly block this add on card issued to my wife Ruchira Sharma and confirm.
                    Sir, I have a salary savings savings bank account with the State Bank of India, Garden Reach Branch, Kolkata- 700 043 (WB) bearing No.[protected]. While entering the office premises, (South Eastern Railway), I lost my ATM-cum Debit Card of SBI for which I made a diary with the West Port Police Station, Kolkata. Also contacted the SBI/Garden Reach Branch and executed all the formalities for issuance of a duplicate ATM Card and applied for the same after completing all the procedures on 10/11/2009. In the application form for ATM Card I mentioned clearly the mailing address of the Card as : Office of the Chief Personnel Officer, South Eastern Railway (HO), /IR Management Cell, 11, Garden Reach Road, Kolkata- 700 043 since my home address ( 346/A/1 Maharaja Nanda Kumar Road(N)/ Kolkata- 700 035). has been changed. But after a considerable lapse of time I enquired through the Telephone wherein your representatives informed me that the duplicate card have already been despatched on 18/11/2009 to my old residential address. It appears that the card have not been delivered and have been returned back. My PIN confirmation have already reached SBI/Garden Reach Branch on 19/11/2009. Now it was informed that the Card would be sent directly to my Bank which would take a a minimum of one month. This would reasult in a lot of inconvenience to me and have already suffered due to this delay.                       This is with reference to SBI customer namely Km. Geeta Sharma (POOR STUDENT) D/O Shri Devki Nandni Sharma A/C No. [protected] SBI Branch: Shamshabad – Agra R/O Village: Chamroli, Dist: Agra

                      I, Siyaram Sharma, am one of relative of Geeta Sharma whose belongs to very poor family and she is having above mentioned saving account with your (SBI) Bank for getting the scholarship from govt. girl’s collage.

                      3-4 Days back, I am much socked to see her account statement in SBI passbook for debited her account for the cash withdrawal transaction of Rs.2550/- dated 31/10/2009. Now available balance is Rs. 7/- only. I have called up to shamshabad branch manager immediately but as per bank records, transaction has done on the basis of withdrawal form with fake signature of Geeta Sharma. Because of she is admitted in hospital since last six months due to disease then how she can withdrawal the amount from the branch? She cannot stand on own foot since last six months.

                      Finally, branch manager is not able to say anything therefore I am going to write a mail to get the information against fake transaction of Rs. 2550/-. I believed that state bank of India was very secure in way of transactions in past 40 years but now, I am much socked to see this happening with poor family.

                      First of all, I would request you to please send the procedure to register the case against fake transaction Rs.2550/- at the earliest. You can make a call on below mentioned number for any information at any time.

                        This has been highly frustrating that just because of the bank's irresponsibility & carelessness ,A student is not able to submit the fees,A job seeker is not able to apply...This has been a habit of state bank people to refuse their customers coming with their urgent requirements, this is not the first time...whenever i go to them with any of my urgent request...i have always got the refusing statement...yesterday i came to know about a job advertisement which was only applicable for 2 days...i.e. for sunday & monday...so i could only apply on monday...when i visited my local branch they said their printer was not working i requested for a manual draft to be issued...they refused...staff was not available on their seats...then i visited the AIMS branch nearest to my place...after standing a long queue,they said that they dont entertain outsiders...Am i outsider?...i have an account in SBI...but still they couldn't listen to anything and refused...i was highly disappointed and frustrated...earlier also i have been told that SBI don't entertain any kind of drafts requests after 1 pm...its not written anywhere...since they work in govt sector so they have full right to refuse anyone anytime...this is really shameful for a bank like SBI which represents our state...

                            Dear Sir,

                            I have a NRI account [[protected]] with State Bank of India Vile-Parle [East] branch along with family member’s saving accounts.

                            I have net banking access. I saw SMS facility & completed the required information on net. I got the SMS as “Your mobile number is registered for Internet banking and should be approved by your branch.” I went to my branch I requested them for approval. They told me to bring the reference number. After searching a lot on sight, finally I got it. I went with it to the branch. Now they are asking me to bring the print out of the form.

                            First of all I do not have printer & being NRI, I have shortage of time since I am leaving on 07/12/09. From my side nothing is pending & now it is branch’s responsibility to approve it. I do not see any secrecy in giving form by me because the form will be submitted to branch & all information will be open to them.

                            I request you to help me in this matter & improve this approval system for future.

                            I hope that within 2/3 days the issue is resolved. I have already told you that I do not have time hence please do not ask me for printing the form.

                                Sir,

                                I would like to lodge a Complaint against SBI Credit Cards.

                                Please allow me to state the reason for the same hereunder:

                                1. Long time back probably in 2007 I took a Credit Card from SBI. A Lady named Mahua called me up and requested to apply for a Credit Card. I asked her to provide me 1(One) USP for her Product which will convince me to take it. She replied the Card gives a Credit period of 90 days. Hence I applied.

                                2. After getting the Card with all the Documents I found that the Credit Period of 90 days did not exists. I called up Customer Care for SBI- Cards and enquired. The Operator on the other side explained that I misunderstood Ms Mahua's Statement. Actually If I buy anything and pay in 3 Equal installments I need not pay anything extra. This gives me around 90 days Credit.

                                3. Hence I purchased a Mobile Phone and paid in 3 Equal Installments. From the beginning never did the Bills reached me on time.

                                4. There after the I bought one Refrigerator and called up Customer Service to get the benefit of paying in 3 Equal Installments.

                                5. The matter worsened from then on. That time the Customer Service Operator informed me that this idea of paying in 3(Three) equal installments was part of an offer on my card which no longer exists.

                                6. This was ultimate for me. And I complained over mail to them regarding the false statements their people are making. Never was any actions taken with regard to that.

                                7. There after one fine day in June 2008 a guy called Jayanta Shaw called me up and said that he is from 'SBI Collections - Regional Head Office - Minto Park'. I explained him the total scenario and he seems to understand as what has gone wrong with me. He agreed that all this happened 'coz of false comunications made. As then also I was making the paymnets keeping in mind that I will pay-out the actuals. He said that if I pay 1000/- then my accounts stands settled. He said that once I make this payment it will take 7 days for my account to get settled and thereafter I will not receive any phone calls from SBI-Cards.

                                8. As I was fed up of miscomunications from SBI-Cards I recorded the entire conversation that happened between myself and Jayanta Shaw. There after I made the payment to one of their representative and handed over the Card (Cutting it from the middle) to that person.

                                9. Now actually for 1 (One) year there were no phone calls from SBI- Cards.

                                10. But again they have started calling me up. I told them of this entire episode and played that recording as well.

                                11. Stunningly enough their reply is 'Mr Jayanta Shaw' has left their organisation and my account is not settled. They will not take any responsibility of Mr Shaw's statement. Ther after they are continiously calling me up and creating disturbance in my normal life. They are saying an amount of 17000/- is due on my Card and is agreeing that this amount is Interest charged 'coz of Non-Payment.

                                Hence I am lodging this complaint. I can forward you the recording which there with me to any email id if required.

                                Please intervene and help as this is causing a disturbance in my normal way of life.

                                  My account is at SBI Gunupur -Orissa, my account is last 10 year at SBI i have contact at Branch and apply for online banking they have provide user Id & Password but that is not working i have complent so many time in my Branch but the SBI Staff is not healping to me. My account No Is.[protected] ,

                                  Irregularities in 6th CPC Arrear — CAR LOAN A/C SHOWING IRREGULAR

                                  I have taken car loan from SBI car loan a/c NO. [protected]
                                  have given 36 pdc to bank but i am receiving phone calls and sms stating that my loan account is irregular by rs. 7543.99
                                  pls contact branch manager

                                  some senior person must look into this matter

                                  I MADE A COMPLAINT REGARDING ERROR IN CACULATION OG INTEREST OF CAR LOAN. INTEREST IS CALCULATED BY YOUR SYSTEM CONSIDERING A YEAR OF 365 DAYS. BUT 2012 BEING A LEAP YEAR HAS 366 DAYS. IT GIVES A DIFFERENCE OF RS. 2.00 PER LAKH PER MONTH. THE SAME MAY PLEASE BE CORRECTED.

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I am saving bank a/c holder in the name Sampati Devi Pareek having a/c no [protected] and also hold ATM card of you bank with No [protected]. I was in need of money as a result I opted for ATM route to withdraw may for ATM machine of SBI with ID S1CC00570902/ S1CN 00570901, but due to same technical or mis operation of ATM Machine. My account was wrongly debited by Rs 8,000/- without any cash being withdrawn from the said ATM Machine. Please look into the same immediately and credit Rs 8,000/- immediately to my saving account no [protected].

                                    I am I great need of money so do the same immediately

                                    Personal — Faulty ATM Operations

                                    Sir,
                                    On 23.12.2008, I attempted to draw a sum of Rs 15, 000/= from my account SA/C NO [protected] through ATM [SBH Facility at High Court of AP, Hyderabad] but it flashed the message ‘TRANSACTION TIMED OUT’.

                                    Later on it was informed by other account holders that the machine was out of order.

                                    Later, when I had withdrawn a sum of Rs 5, 000/= from my account through ATM [SBI Facility at Trimulgherry Branch], I have noticed balance left only Rs 960/= thereby meaning that Rs 15, 000/= was entered as having been withdrawn by me by failed transaction dated 23.12.2008. [Copy of transaction slip enclosed].

                                    I have checked up from Internet facility also and my account reflects this transaction dated 23.12.2008 as having been entered as withdrawal Rs 15, 000/=.[Copy of Statement Printout is enclosed].

                                    In this regard I have written several letters to SBI Mudfort as well as SBH HC Branch, Hyderabad that maintains the faulty ATM Machine. Till date despite passage of 4 months my money has not been credited to my account.

                                    This amounts to fraud by your bank and I would request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest and set the things right with intimation to me or else I shall be constrained to take recourse to law against the bank.

                                    my self jyoti kumari i am customer of sbi bank, my atm has been lost and some tranjection 12, 000 Rs from my atm 1st of jan2010, by the 4292 code my money has been tranjected
