[Resolved] SBI Railway Credit Card — Not accepted my request for SBI railway credit card
Long back (may be more than a year) i have applied or SBI railway credit card. four months back one telecaller lady called me from Bangalore and told that we want to give SBI railway card. I said Ok give me. From that point onwards i have received more than ten calls from your telemarketing team regarding my complete details.Finally they told we are sending our Rep to collect the documents. two to three times i gave time and was waiting nobody has come to collect. Then the same telecaller phoned me and asked did our Rep come?. I said no, then he told sorry (This story continued for one week). Finally one fellow (Rep) came to my house and collected Xerox copy of the ID proof and filled in application signed by me.After a week i received a message from TA-SBI card that my application is under processing, in the mean time one more fellow came for address check and he enquired how long u r staying etc.
At this point of time i thought that though it was late but this SBI card team is really working very systematically for issuing Card like that. After this much of disturbance to me by phone call, collection of all details, last week i have received a message that "We regret, we are unable to accept your request for SBicard at this point of time as it does not meet our internal policy for card issuance".
By reading this message i was really shocked because
for the past five years i am using only IRCTRC for booking my railway tickets without any credit card facility.
I am a Central Govt. Class I officer with PayBand 3 serving since 2003 and income tax assessee
On what basis they have rejected my request.
If i am not elligible for the card, i surprised who else are eligible for your card.
How your TA-SBI team is working i dont know even if they are fooooolish to the core also cannot reject my application. (i am really v sorry use such a harsh word)
Now what i want is Defnitely i dont want your card at this time, but i want my documents back
Kindly return my signed application and ID proof xerox which were collected by you Rep.
