[Resolved]  SBI Visa Credit Card — available credit limit of my card is blocked without any known reason

SBI Visa Credit Card — not know why the card is invalid

MY SBI VISA CREDIT CARD NOT OPERATIVE, SAYING "IT IS IN VALID.uNAUTHIRISED CARD RETAINED."
MYSELF RTD.DIRECTOR, EDUCATION & PLANNING TO GO ABROAD TO ATTEND A CONFERENCE SO i need the visa card working

SBI Visa Credit Card — wrong charging of Rs 750 on credit card

I hold a sbi visa creditcard [protected] valid thru 05/12.
The latest statement ending 09jun08 payment date 29-06-08
shows 'Annual Fee Rs 750'as charged.This is not acceptable as
I am using this card(a renewed one) for the past 4-5years and
no such fee could be charged.
In view of payment date being near, amended statement be issued else I will make payment of total due amount MINUS
750.00.A no. of mails have ben sent to feedback(sbi) but these
are not responded to.

If your were committed that your card is free then SBI cant charge you any annual fee but if in case no such committments has been made then you are bound to pay that fee. Kindly call up customer service and solve ur issue. I am sure it will be taken care by them.

Am very much fade up with your services becoz after regular payment how you blocked my card my credit limet Rs. 10 K and today my outstanding Rs. 3500/- (according to your customer care executive) so that still I have 6500/- credit limit but you guys blocked my card. This is your service after talk to swati & Navetej your customer executive & Floor supervisor they told me its not possible to unblocked your card



If this is your service so sham on you guys I complaint your to RBI becoz when you blocked my card no information received with your side and also I tell Times of India regarding your services or about your executive they are very bad behavior guys

I am using SBI card no. [protected] it is very disgusting that your company has blocked my visa card. I have complaint several times to your help line no. but they have not solved my problem till today so therefore i request you to kindly look in to the matter.

I disagree with Transaction of $ 264 (apx. INR 12, 000 ) made on my card in the name of LAS VEGAS FURNITURE on 22 July 11, which is in USA.
However, I belongs to Nagpur (Maharashtra, India).
Temporarily, I have blocked my card.
Please do the needful at earliest, else I have to lodge complaint in Cyber Crime, India.
