[Resolved] SBI Visa Credit Card — Reactivation | |
Dear Sir My SBI Card Number is [protected]. The card is getting expired by end of this month.When I called up customer care I was told that this card ill not reactivated due to the reasons unknown to me. I would like to state here that i never been defaulter and as on date even keep excess money over Rs 11000/- in card account.Now I have no option but to spend this money by 31st october before card becomes inactive. I have earned 10299 rewards points,I have been denied by customer care for redemption of theses points for technical reasons. May I request you to take up matter with SBI Card and let me know the reason of not renewing my card and denying me with aforesaid ligitmate rights. Was this information helpful? | |

SBI Visa Credit Card — Card stolen by pick-pocket on 29/11/2010 around
My SBI credit card was stolen along with the purse that contained it by pickpocket in a crowded BEST bus around 7:00 PM to 7:15 PM on 29/11/2010. Please block any further transactions on this card. Pick Pocket — Dr Card Stolen
Yesterday on 22nd April 2012 My Purse was PickPocked inside Sri SidhiVinayak Temple Sanctom Sanctoriam. A Police complaint #901/2012 was Lodged at Dadar (W) Police Station & a complaint #1524 was also lodged at the Temple Books.I found that a Dr.transaction is affected at 14.30hrs for Rs.740.00 from my account after this. I request you to kindly provide me the full details of this Transaction ie. Shop, Name of the withdrawee Bank, Time of the Transaction etc. Also I ask you not to Honer the slip when received from the Shop Keeper and Credit my account with the above amount. SBI Visa Credit Card — possiblity of credit card fraud
Today-Friday April 03, 2009, I received a call from mobile no.[protected] informing me that based on my creditcard transactions for the past 4 years, I have been selected for the exclusive "privileged circle" of sbi card holders. As such, I am being offered 3 special gifts:a) swiss watch worth Rs.3000+
b)one airline ticket-one way for one person, valit for 7months
c)3 nights 4days free stay in a star hotel
If i give my accent, i will be billed one time payment of Rs.6, 067.00 including service charges etc.
This charge will be reflected in my next creditcard statement.
Shortly afterwards, i received another call to verify my accent and provided the caller the last 8 digits of my creditcard.
Kindly confirm if this is a genuine call for a genuine scheme of your bank
If not, I would request you to immediately block my credit card to prevent any misuse/fraud
