[Resolved]  SBIcapsec — problem in login

I am trying since last 1 month for rectification of my account, as it does not display Market watch
but date it could not be rectifird till date I am still calling helpline but nosolution has been done so far

I AM UNABLE TO OPEN THE SITE OF SBICAPSEC TRADE LOGIN. I HAVE JAVA INSTALLED IN PC AND INTERNET CONNECTION CONNECTION WITH WINDOWS XP AND INTERNET EXPLORER WEB BROWSER. PLS GUIDE ME ELSE I WILL CLOSE THE DEMAT ACCOUNT.

i have been trying to open my account for last 6 months in the SBICAP SEC WEBSITE, always i face the same problem of vanishing the webpage after log in ... really horrible ?
and i am totally speechless regarding the quality of service being offered by sbicapsec?

Our DMat a/c(first holder JHARNA BASU) was transferred to SBI-Narkeldanga, kolkata in Sept. 2010(cdsl dp id- 19300. Perforce we had to apply for Trading Account in SBICAP on[protected]. By sms on[protected], Boid no. was informed. Even after MORE THAN 4 MONTHS, I am yet to receive the Welcome kit. I am an Retiree and i need money Urgently. Kindly help.
