[Resolved] sbt ATM — Transaction declined through atm machine but money is deducted my account | |
dear sir, Actually I am using sbt atm card and Jun4th 2009 i was withdrawing 2, 500 rupees from icici bank atm at Calicut ymca cross road Machine through sbt atm card but icici bank atm show the error and i can't receive money but these money deducted my account .My account in Thiruvambady SBT Bank I given a compliant there also.this problem at 4th jun 09. No one tell exactly way what can i do? i am a agriculture man and 2, 500 rupees big amount for me.After 45 days i can't receive back my money so i can't registered myself in coaching IES MADE EASY who is the responsible for that...ONLY SBT BANK my account no: [protected] mobile no:[protected], [protected]. Actually I am using sbt atm card and Aug 03 2009 i was withdrawing 1, 500 rupees from SBT Kattakada atm Machine show the error and i can't receive money but these money deducted my account .My account in Ottasekharamangalam SBT Bank I given a writtern compliant there also.i am a Ex service man now i am a agriculture man and 1, 500 rupees big amount for me. After 44 days i can't receive back my money. so you may please credit my a/c as early as possible.

I am going through the same problem with the State Bank of Mysore.. What a situation! you cannot hold the seller responsible nor it is the card holder's mistake, it is all the technical handicap of the Bank. First of all its not your mistake but you got to pay for it! You have run around to bank asking for refund of the amount what a pain in times of need.. So consumer court must taken some stringent measures regarding this it is just lock up of your funds where in neither you cannot invest nor can you avail interest.

Yes. Today I had also faced the same problem. I requested for withdrawal of rs 15500 from SBI atm Palayam calicut and actually I didn't get the money from the atm. The atm reported that 'unable to dispense cash'. I immediately reported the issue to SBI Palayam branch and also the State Bank main branch at calicut. unfortunately they were helpless as my account is SBT account and Home Branch is Thiruvambady Calicut. Can someone help me in this regard??
