Subject: Refunding the debited amount.



Sir,
This is a request letter for refunding the debited amount from my Account [[protected]]. On 6/10/09 using the Corporation bank Elamakkara, Kochi branch ATM, an amount of Rs 3000/-was entered for withdrawal and the ATM reported an error with a message “This is temporarily unable to process”. When I tried the same in another ATM, it was noticed that the amount entered in corporation bank ATM was debited from my A/C. So I request you to do the needful as earliest as possible.
