I have a Seagate 500gb hdd and it got an error. so I have check it with sea tools and corrected error by diff. test.but then after on every week it fails and i have to check for errors for correction.
then i have decided to go for rma process for replacement at accel frontline service ltd, ahmedabad.
They have returned me new repaired sealed hdd, when i try to install os on that replaced hdd it shows disc is damaged and need to repair.go for seagate rma process.
i think they have cheated me by replacement with repaired hdd.in replacement they provides bad repaired hdd to customers.they mentioned in rma process description that upto 90% hdd are good while customer go for replacement. then again i decided to go for replacement the details are :

I have to know that r u cheating people by replacement and return by false rma process?
And gives customer false and faulty hdd in return. As the money and data matter a customer
How one can resides on Seagate as data concern ? How can I trust Seagate hdd and tell how much it
Long last? I have survey & find Seagate hdd got too much problem. I think Seagate want to left the market of hdd so such type of return /replacement carried out by them. For me data matters not money. So ordered new Western digital 1 tb.also tell others for go for wd not Seagate. never ever go for seagate.
