sir 8 months back i bought 1 no of seagate 160GB HDD from a local retailer in electronic market, but in the month of january 2010 it sstarted giving problem,i taken to the retailer he told take it to seagate service centre at greams road, when i went their i was told to get registered first,but i am unable to get register it shows some upper case require in password i tried many times and atlast i tired, i also want to know when i am having bill and they checked in their own system then why so long prositures.by this type of problem many people has started to purchase other HDD to avoid this type of problem,and the same i also planned to purchase other brand HDD of any other brand.
i also request other customer that don't buy seagate HDD, at the same cost when we are getting other best brands and good services. Was this information helpful? |
