I am Deepak Tiwari, i purchased a seagate USB harddisk from pune in Sept10(SN:2GE791W7), (PN:9KW2AH-502) 500 GB, from last few days hard disk is not detected in my laptop, please give the solution of this problem.
This harddisk is in warranty period, so please tell me the procedure of replacement of this harddisk right now i am in Jammu(India).
