this is to bring to your kind information that i have purchased your product HDD seagate whose bill is here by attached with . unfortunately it got damaged under warraty period and no one is replacing it as the service centre is giving some stupid excuses that the serial no printed on the back of the product has been erased therefore now it cannot be replaced. i am giving the details of the product and you can also check its warranty period. you are requested to kindly replace it with a new one so that i can be your brand loyal in the near future.
