This is to communicate you that I have submitted my 250GB Seagate HDD (S/N: 6RY691NR) to the Seagate Service Centre, Nehru Place on 09th May 2012 against the Call ID: SGTBFJ[protected]DW. This is the HDD that I received from Seagate a few days back against my previous faulty HDD (S/N: 9RY17NJQ, Call ID: SGTBF[protected]DW) but this HDD too came with the same issue. Kindly requesting you to look into the matter and provide a permanent solution to the issue.
