Dear Ms.Beena Kanan,

Very sorry to write to you regarding the service and customer courtersy shown in your show room.
I had walked into your showroom by 7.45PM on 11May intending to buy rolling material. When i reached the so called section all your staffs there were busy packing their bags .No bothered there are few customer waiting for them. I could see other few customers also in my puzzled state.Now that was my need to buy things I started searching myself. Two three time II took the pain to asked your peacock staffs abt the material .Their face was very evidently asking me to get out ..

Never again in my life I will neither come to your shop nor recommend any body to ur place.A person who is having bit off self respect wont again step in there .Very clear you not giving things free Wat ever we buy we are paying you but the attitudeof your staff is like you are giving us for free.Customer is a customer and need to treat properly whether they buy handkerchief worth 10/- or a saree worth 20000/-.

Inshort, Pathetic Customer Service…

Dear Madam,
I am really sorry to inform you about the inconvenience that I have to face in your seemati kochin showroom on 26th December.Madam I had been your customer for the last 10years.Today because of the iressponsibility of your staff I was insulted in front of all the customers.One of the staff in your second floor billing section had forgotten to take the siren tag from the dress which I bought, when I went out after my purchase cthe alarm bells rang and birthday got insulted .So Please triain your staff properly.I also inform that this will be my last visit to your showroom.
