pathetic customer service in kochi

Was at seemati today at kochi.. This is my first visit to this place and will be last too.. Though i made purchase from there because my sister wanted to, but what let me down is how customers are treated there. I used to be in customer relationship and i understand its value.. I do not know if you have noticed.. I understand coffee is served for free there but the vending machine is placed besides mens toilet.. I noticed it when i had been...

Bad customer service

I went to kottayam seematti on Jan 2016. The employees doesn't seem to be interested to show us more options...kids lehenga place guy showed us only 1 style when I tell him I do like to see other styles. In saree section after we put away 2 sarees the employee have no interest showing more than that...I went to other stores in kottayam and for customer service seematti is the worst...I end up buying kids lehenga in another store. I hope next...
