I went to kottayam seematti on Jan 2016. The employees doesn't seem to be interested to show us more options...kids lehenga place guy showed us only 1 style when I tell him I do like to see other styles. In saree section after we put away 2 sarees the employee have no interest showing more than that...I went to other stores in kottayam and for customer service seematti is the worst...I end up buying kids lehenga in another store. Hu iam from kumbakonam I go seematti ready mades for dress .dresses purchased by a family for 4 members Rs8000 seemati ready mades offers a annathae movie ticket but give a 2 ticket only please action this and family purchase 10000 give 4 tickets but he gave 2 tickets
