Sub: Lodge of complaint in respect of deficiency in service and breach
of contract for Transportation from Gandhinagar, Gujarat to
Raebareli (U.P.).

Sir,
This is to bring to your kind notice that a agency namely M/s Ujjawal National Packers & Movers, 10/F, Silver Market, Opp. Shimla Hotel, Near Narol Circle, Narol, Ahmedabad - 380 005 who have failed for fulfillment of commitment for successful transportation of household items/ Car in within the agreed time period safely, this also proved the deficiency of the services provided by the agency.
Transportation charges of Rs. 31, 000/- have already been paid in full for the transportation to be carried out in single carriage but this was not followed as the transportation has been carried out partly. Further, as per the initial meter reading of the Car (Maruti-800) recorded on dated 9th July 2008 at the time of handling over the vehicle i.e. 54, 414 kms, while taking the delivery at destination the meter reading was exceeded to 56, 536 kms on dated 13th August 2008, duly confirmed by the delivery man (Mr. Anand). This reveals the vehicle was transported by driving itself instead by Car carriers, resulting violation of the contract. The undersigned is passing through lot of mental agony for having deficiency of service in terms of non receipt of goods/Car within the committed period of seven days.
In this regard, I personally contacted the concerned person Mr. Sanjay Choudhary of the agency several times telephonically, but I was responded unsatisfactorily for the issue. Under such circumstances, sent written notice dated 20th August 2008 to the transporter to compensate the cost of damages of goods of Rs. 25, 000/- (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand only).
