[Resolved]  Services — Electricity Bills at Vipul Greens Sohna Road

Dear Sir / Madam,

Am a resident of Vipul Greens, Sohna Road, Sector 48, Gurgaon. All the residents have received the monthly Electricity Bill, which shows no revised tariff, but arrears for the year[protected], as per Vipul Facility. A notice has been put in every tower stating that the arrears are fuel charges power backup, which they have calculated arbitrarily. there aer no dual energy meters in the township and it is just gross harassment of the residents.

Would appreciate you help and guidance in this regard and would also appreciate to maintain the anonymity of the complaint.

Am attaching pdf copies of the bill and the notice by Vipul Facility. There are no unpaid bills from our side.
