[Resolved] Services — mobile number portability (aircel) | |||
Dear Sir I am a mobile subscriber of Aircel and I am very dissatisfied with the service. The company has activated the HKF message service by theirself and I have not requested for such service. Now I am asking them to deactivate the service from the last 4 months but still this service has not been deactiavted. I contacted the customer care department so many times and I personally visited the care point more than three times but all in vain. Although I am trying to port my no. to some other company but aircel is not providing me the unique porting no. which iss require to port the no. My cell no. is [protected].
