respected all i am a student frm meerut actually as per ownin a small scale job on home basis i had given some amt to one person based on his company rules n regulations it stated if work was not completed or fulfilled the amt was to be returned n that person stays in mumbai so plz jus help me in this after all he stopped pickin my calls nor replyin.
