[Resolved]  Setc Tamilnadu — Conductor's Misbehaviour

Me and my friend tried to be seated in SETC at salem busstand on 24/11/2009 by 1:30 AM.
We got into the bus and seated at second row of leftside of the bus (Hope Seat No is 7 and 8).

When conductor got into the bus and said that we were not suppose to sit in 7 and 8 because both the seats were allocated to Drivers. So he asked us to change the seat but unfortunately no seats were available at front side of the bus. while we gotdown from the bus, the condutor asked us like ' Are you literate??" " Why are u seated in that seat?" and more.. He didnt behave decently and he tried to slap us.. When we tried to get the complaint number from Salem Booking Center, they didnt help us and we tried to call the Nos: [protected],[protected] to register the complaint but none of them responded to the call. Please take necessary action on SETC conductor.

The Bus Registartion No is : TN 01 N 7039.

Dear Sir,

We two (D. MOHANRAJ, & M. KUMAR) travelled to Madurai on[protected] @ 8.00pm[TNSTC] from Chennai and return back to Chennai on[protected] @ 10.45pm[SETC] from Madurai. In both the cases the Conductors are forced us to pay Rs.250/- instead of Rs.240/- the correct fare. They told several reasons like, it is reserved seat, though it is unreserved, go to back seat, they want to take tea, coffee during journey etc. We though that it is regular pracitce of Conductors on this route.

We request You Sir, Please Check & take immediate action on the interest of Public.

I am traveling from karaikal to chennai inTN01 AN0318 324ud, I took ticket for220rs but I gave 300 bcz not have change, conducter told I will give balance after 2 hrs I asked wit him he not respond then said I am not suposed to give money any body, wt I can do I lose my 80 rs, please help me bus is on the way to chennai
SETC - not plying to the destined Routes

I made reservation from Bangalore to Udangudi over the SETC net application and boarded the Bus on 1st of October, 2014.

However on reaching Thirunelveli the Conductor and Driver asked me and couple of other passengers to get down and take another bus to Udangudi, citing the reason that this bus would not go to Udangudi, inspite of the reservation.

Bus_ID No: #-2096, My Seat No. 17, Route No. H873, Date of Travel - 01/10/2014.

Want to know what compensation I can claim for this irregularity of service of SETC.
