My name is Murtuza Ranapurwala. Order Cancellation Reference no: 195906 Date: 15th Feb 2012 I have made an order on 13th Feb 2012 for a valentine diamond earing gift for my spouce and i spoken with the customer executive (Shikha) on[protected] to confirm whether i will get it deliverred by 15th Feb or not. She confirmed with her supervisor / senior and asked me to place the order that you will get it by 3 days max. since it was a valentine gift i did not want to delay it. After getting confirmation from the Executive, i placed the order online and made the payment through Credit card. The next day i again called up to the same number and she told me that your order is not yet processed and would be dilevred to you in 2 days dont worry. I waited for one more day and again i called up on 15th on the same number, this time she said that she is not able to find out my order. She asked me to call again after 1 hour as may be the server is not working. I asked her that give me the person or any senior supervisor number whome i can directly contact for the escalation. She said trust on us as we are a reputed company and tied up with famous celebrity like Sharukh khan and others in bollywood. I said i want to cancel the order right now and she started to convyence me for retain the order and finally when i insited her to cancel this, she gave me customer care number for the cancellation. I called to customer care[protected] for cancellation. the person gave me complaint number of the cancellation request - [protected]th feb 2012) and told me that your amount would be reverted in 7 - 10 working days. I said how would i came to know, he told me to call again on the same number to confirm. After 10 days, i.e on 29th Feb 2012 i again called on the customer care number where i came to know that my cancellation request is still not processed and the executive (Purshotum) told me that it will be processed in 7-10 working days. I asked him why it is not processed yet wherein i have already placed the cancellation request 15 days back and again you are saying it is not yet processed and will take 10 days? when i called on 29th Feb, the executive was not in the position to provide me any assurance or complaint number where i can be sure my amount will get reverted. He said he will go to the finance team to process it in 24-48 hrs time. Again i called up on 6th March but no satisfactory response from the executive (Purshotum) Please help me in getting my amount back to my account. Early response would be appreciated.
