Stupid seventymm customer care. I got their rental service. They completely suck. Very bad service. I am not aksing for the refund, because I pity the innocent delivery boy who works hard in the harsh condition. Those sitting in the ac offices are shameless people. For example, check the responses I hv got from the. Shameless!! feedback details account activation status : open posted by [protected]@gmail.Com, 2 days ago, visible to everyone. Approval : not reviewed my account was paused from 15th to 19th dec, though I never wanted or requested for it. I am still not given the explanation as to why it was paused. Although the account is active now after 4 days of following up, I have lost 5 days of subscription. And my expiry date is not even adjusted according to the pause period. Kindly make the correction. Also, more than that, I think this demands an explanation. Why DID such a thing happen and how dop you plan to take care so that it does not happen in future. Seventymm membership — Pathetic service and customer care
My customer id is 1064432 with seventymm and i would like to complain regarding the service and customer care of seventymm.com. To lure customers for taking their membership they give good offers but after that there no service as regards to the delivery of movies. lot of days are wasted in your membership period because of their lax service. I have lost nearly 2 months of my membership days because of their goo[censored]ps and pathetic service. Since last 20 days there has been no delivery of movies inspite of my calling up their customer care and warehouse around more than 4 times. Everytime you call up they promise that the movie would be delivered either today or tomorrow but nobody turns up inspite of the complaints. I advise to not go for their membership as it would mean wasting your money.Rgds,

Seventymm — Customer services
I have been struggling with Seventymm services since I have taken the subscription. The company simply does not keep any stock of movies that one would want to watch and the movies that they have in stock are also in such low quantities that you never get them. There are movies that I have been waiting to receive for months.At last after this frustrating wait I decided to cancel my subscription with them. I wanted to shift to their competitor bigflix who seem to have a better collection and more stock.
Since I put in a cancellation request I have only been waiting to get any movement on my request. Every day I get calls from them trying to sell me stuff from their e-commerce despite me telling them that I am listed on DND. Everyday when I call I am told by their customer services that my complaint has been escalated and they I will receive the call from their customer retention team which will help me with account cancellation but I never receive this call. It has been more than a few weeks since I have been chasing on this
All emails that I have sent to the company remains unanswered
In a nutshell the company and its services is a waste of money!!!
