Seventymm — No refund of money | |||
I want to filed the complaint against company named 'Seventymm' regarding non Refund of money and is now more than two months. I had ordered 2 Doremon Kids T-shirts on 18th November, 2011 and its now 24th of January, 2012. Neither they have delivered my product on my address nor they are refunded the amount . below are mentioned details: Order no: SMA0032754 Order Date: 18-Nov-2011 | 10:26:23:19 AM Amount Paid : 817.00 Payment mode : Online Payment (Net Banking) ( I have the requisite proof of the same ) I have raised the same issue verbally and on e-mail ( I have requisite proof for the same) many times to Seventymm. I am regularly calling to customer care and e-mailing to them but I got very negative response from Seventymm. I am just fed up with all this and very unhappy with seventymm. They are saying," money is refunded via net banking and will send transaction receipt via e-mail " but i have neither received money nor transaction details mail till date. Seventymm — Non- Refund of my deposit money
I had become a member of Seventymm and paid a deposit of Rs999/- on membership some 2 years back. After using the service for 1 month I was not satisfied and requested membership to be cancelled and deposit to be refunded. This date even after vigourous follow-up by emails, telephone call to various executives of that company, I have received the refund of my deposit money.
