[Resolved]  SG Estates — No proper Sewage System and Smelling water for cooking and drinking

Dear Sir

This is to bring to your notice below mention points so that you can take some action for the same and others who are planning to invest for future projects of the subject company know about the concerns and think before investing:

1. Sewage system : Along the boundary wall water loging is there. Neither this is covered nor there is any passage for the blocked water. The sewage system of this soceity is not at all proper.When we requested SG Estates to take required action for cleaning, the management replied that this is not builder's domain & should be taken care by MCD gaziabad.
2. There is no water treatment plant in the society. The water which is supplied in the appartments not only in bathrooms but also for cooking gives a stink smell many a times. The simple reason for this is that water is stored for days/months which is not cleaned & is supplied. There is a single big tank which supplies water to appartemnts but the irony is this that water is not cleaned. Though we have paid a good amount of hard earned money for water plant also but it has not been done till now. Though management has confirmed many times that this will be done but all promises in vain.
request you to take some action by sending Water works supply for check is that water is safe to use for civilans or not.
3. Building expansion joint closing: its seems that they are not doing with proper safety measures. just placinig the iron sheet to cover the joint with low quality amcour fashners with no proper fitting. just to complete the work call some shop fitter to complete the work. please do some inspection for checking.


To add further, we have been paying good amount of maintainence charges but the quality of work is falling day by day.

The security persons in the society have been redued.
The speed of work has been slowed down since labour has been reduced.

I am sorry to say but with this kind of work, goodwill becomes zero.....
