Hi my name is sandeep from as I have received the worst experience ever from a travel company SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS, first of all the kind of response is so pathetic (using pathetic word because I was more sure of the word which is used for waste & useless) come to point i have reserved bus ticket for my wife who is from Chennai and alternatively we travel on weekly basis from Hyderabad to Chennai and Chennai to Hyderabad as i have opted for this worst travels because there was no alternative buses to Hyderabad. First of all the kind of feedback what we received when we contacted [protected]/[protected] no one will respond to mobile number and when we call on landline number and uneducated brute will attend the call and will reply very careless, is it the situation will only the employs of SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS, why can’t the owner or the person who heads SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS appoints at least an educated & decent person who can give proper feedback about the query. Secondly my concern was my wife who was travelling from Chennai to Hyderabad i have reserved seat which was in the beginning as there was no female co-passenger she was asked to sit in the end, at least the person who asked to sit should have a conman sense to make female passenger to sit in front seats this shows the attitude & mental ability of the workers of SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS that they don’t respect female. In my view employs of the travels are hired only because of the work not for the behaviour, anyways that’s not at all my concern about the employee behaviour owner of SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS should have a common sense before hiring people. I humble request MAKE MY TRIP & RED BUS service to kindly remove SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS from your portal as you people good reputation in the market if you deal with SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS you make lose business and i never every book tickets with this travels SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS. Kindly forgive my language you can understand how frustrate it will be if any family members facing problem with some filthy who’s business depends on the travelling. I request government dept to kindly take strict action against the SHAMA SARDAR TRAVELS and try to prove that at least government cares for US.
