[Resolved] Share Khan — unnnecessary charges, pathetic services | |
I have accoount in sharekhan with the client 260234 and i havce been false commitments every now and then and to add on i have been levied unnecessary charges in the account as education cess, DP charges in trading dontknow, They have revised my brokerage in intraday without informing, amc charges are charged without information and are debited, no confirmation in hard copy sent, i wrote mails to there id, they never reverted and when they revert they revert after 3 days customer care is pathetic, no information with them, no even NCFM qualified I want the DP charges to be reversed and close my account. rgds Navdeep [protected] Was this information helpful? | |

i accept this... bcoz i also have a account in sharekan... and mee too affected like this...
For delivery based transactions, one day is equal to one transaction.
Per transaction, the total brokerage needs to come to 16 rupees.
If you have Sharekhan AMC-2000, your delivery brokerage is 0.40% so you need to have the total transaction amount for that day (buy or sell) more than 4000 rupees to get them the brokerage of 16 rupees. If you do less transactions, for example if brokerage is 12 rupees for the day, then they charge 16-12=4 rupees as your DP charges.
This might be to discourage people using Sharekhan networks to do silly trades like buy 1 share or 2 shares.
