[Resolved]  Share Khan — Sharekhan does not register issues

I have my trading account with Share Khan and had some Shares in my account for the last 2 years. To my surprise my shares were sold by Share Khan without any intimation to me. My A/c no is 16548472. When I called them up they said they had sold it and had given me a confirmation via sms and email on 14th of July, i.e. one day prior to selling of the shares. However I had not received any SMS or email from them. Hence I asked them to give me an explanation for the same. They said I need to send an email for the same however I insisted that the executive (Usha Kharat) should note my concern on phone itself. Initially she said she will not be able to do the same however later on she agreed and informed me that she has noted down my concern. When I asked her to read out what she has typed she said Sharekhan does not permit such content to be shared on the phone and then call got disconnected which I assume was disconnected by her.
I called up again and this time the call was recd by an executive named Abhishek Bidey. I asked him if any issue was raised from my account and after checking he denied of any request. I was shocked to know the way Sharekhan is taking its customers, people call up customer care executives and share their concern with them to get the issue resolved however Sharekhan does not follow the procedure. Customers normally take the executive words as final however with such incident its really hard to know if Sharekhan is even bothered to listen to customer issues.
