[Resolved] Sharman Hospitality — No Response for Reservation | |||
I was sold a one year membership for Plazzio hotel through Sharman Hospitality, promising me 2 nights stay vouchers. I have called their reservations desk at least 50 times but no one ever picks up the phone to take a reservation. When I went to the hotel, they said they cannot do anything as Sharman Hospitality was responsible for the memberships. I tried to escalate to their manager but even he does not pick up the phone. Not sure what to do now. My Rs. 11500 seems to have gone down the drain !! Was this information helpful? | |||
