[Resolved]  Sheikh Jamil Ahmad — No Refund Given for Cancelled flight

I had marked the below mail with scanned copy sealed by Air India Official to "[protected]@airindia.in" on 19-May-11 and i have not received a revert for the same.

This mail is regarding the flight No: AI-657 ( Del - Calicut ) which was cancelled on 30-Apr-11

My Mother was scheduled to travel in the flight which got cancelled

Passenger Details:
Name : Kairali Karumat
PNR: Y4E7H

Ticket was issued by me with my Credit Card ending *********5294 ( Name of Card Holder Vineet Narayanan Karumat )

I would like the full refund of the same. I had visited your Mumbai Airport booking counter and the staff over there advised me to mark a mail and she has also mentioned full refund and signed the orginal ticket copy with and Air India Seal

Note: My Credit Card Bill is generated with this ticket cost and my Due Date is 26-May-2011 I need the refund before the same.
