Air India is irresponsible and they always cheat customers. I booked a ticket from Mumbai to Gwalior for 9th November 2011. Flight number AI422, ticket no.- [protected] in the name of Raina Singh.
The flight timing was at 1.25 pm, I was waiting there for almost 2 hours at the airport, it was continuously displaying estimated 2.15pm, for gwalior and then after 15 minutes it started showing Delhi. Suddenly an Air India officer came and told me that there is low visibility in Gwalior so we have cancelled the flight for Gwalior, we have already arranged bus service in Delhi, so you can go to Delhi and get the bus or else cancel the ticket. I took the Delhi flight at 3.00 pm and reached arround 6.00pm at the Delhi airport and asked the officer about the bus but they said that they don't know anything about this. After some conversation they said that they will arrange for a bus. After 2 hours i got the bus, i reached gwalior arround 4.00 am in the morning next day i.e. 10th November. It takes only one and a half hour to reach gwalior but because of Air India it took 13 hours to reach gwalior by bus. I paid for flight and traveled by bus. I want you to take strict action against them, i want compensation for the harresment and bad service. Was this information helpful? |
