i did sent you the same mail before but still i have not received any response from you.

I have canceled the e ticket from Hyderabad-Delhi-London round trip for 27/04
PNR:- JJENH
Ticket No.:- 098-[protected]
I canceled it at the call centre. Agent name- Jaffar on 25/04 at 21.00 hrs (IST)

I did sent you the same mail before but still haven't got any response from you, Its been 6 weeks now & I'm in URGENT need of money. I''m paying late fees & interest & charges on my credit card.

I would like to raise a complaint since I've suffered a lot of STRESS & loss by paying charges. Waiting for refund - ASAP.
