Dear Sir, I have received a message on 13th Nov 2008 regarding the winning of GBP 200, 000 on International mobile lucky draw. And Certificate of Award no SPDC-77411 I already sent what ever bank details they asked. And now FSA department are asking 540 GBP to release fund release order. Before transferring the prize I think it is right to conform it is true or fake. Here with I am forwarding the mail ID which I communicated with the shell petroleum company.
