to foot this type of incidents the legal department or the reserve bank mus take steps to stop such type of transections within our country.The money deposited by a person 'A' in to an account of person 'B' can withdraw at any time if such transfer found not not fair or on complaint from 'A' the bank system should automatically deduct the equallent amount from the account of 'B'.These type of reverable sysytem is very much need to stop this type of transactions with in our country.then they can not get any money through our fraud account holders.
