SirI received one message on my mobile from TM-INFO on 20th April and the mssage is like this "You have won GBP 250, 000 in 2009 (SHELL) INT'L mobile draw. To claim your prize, E-mail:[protected]@live.com".
I sent mail to the given address but there no responds. If this message is true what is the following procedure to claim the prize. Please sent to my mobile. my mobile number is [protected]

I have received sms from SPDC IN 2009 shell international mobile draw to my mobile number [protected] on 13.05.2009 that I have won the prize 250, 000.00 pound and to claim it mail to [protected]@live.com I mailed and they send winning notification after that I download a claim form for calim prize. I also got an sms in my mobile that i won 1000000 uk pounds through an international Mobile draw by Shell Development Company o[censored].K. I just like to know only an answer. Is this true??... I also got the 2009 shell mobile draw. First I got sms in my mobile. in that they asked to send mail to one email id. Later I got reply to fill the details and send to liecester bank email id. I did that. later they asked me to send same details and my identity proof. I am in dilemma whether to send proof of identity or not. I dont know how they got my mobile number.

Sir/MadamI got an SMS to my mobile stating that A grand cash of $500, 000 US Dollars has been awarded for your mobile number from "Shell Petroleum Development Company Of England" . When I asked them for the information about this through E-mail they replied me and asked me to submit my details along with photocopy of pass port details or an identification proof.
