It appears from the facts that immediately you may proceed to lodge a police complaint alleging fraud, cheating and wrongful loss to you and undue enrichment by the Co.. Besides taking this action, you may also flash a complaint to the MCA Deptt. of SFIO, at New Delhi. And finally, you may also ask your lawyer to send legal notices on various grounds.

Now I am in June end but still they have not supplied all machineries and I am still waiting for their mercy on me.

I support this complaint. They make a lot of commitments and assurances but they are fraud. They have a lot of fraud cases pending against them. They delay the supply of machines a lot and once installed there machines would run fine just for 1 month and then all sort of problems start coming. There automatic bottling machine is a big failure. At the end you have to throw their machine in the junkyard. Dont fall into traps of Mr DK Bakshi (Delhi GM), Mr Suhail (Chennai DGM), Mr Ranjan. They spend a lot of money on advertisement, publicity and customers fall in this trap. We have had a very bad experience with them. We had to finally forget about our money and buy filling machine from Another vendor.

This is a warning to all those people who are writing false statements against ms Shivsu

Necessary legal action would be taken and criminal deformation will be filed against any involving in false allegations.
