[Resolved] ShopClues — Damaged Product | |||
Hello, This is regarding a earphone I purchased with shopclues and it was broken.The product is broken and still amount is not refunded to me. I dropped a mail to customer care 15-20 times but nothing happened.It would be great if you can help me on this. I never expected this from a reputed company like shopclues. I am writing to you as a last hope.It was my first purchase with shopclues an never expected this. If you are giving discounted products that does not mean you will cheat people. I am also a businessmen and I know businesses are run.They are run by building relationships with customers so that they purchase from you in future also.Business do not run by cheating people. It was my first online purchase and I was not aware that I will be required to send images,so i threw the product. If I am carrying this experience and my money is not refunded I am not sure whether I will be able to come back and make any further purchase from your website. I hope you understand.I will not crib for such small amount of Rs170. But its all about principles and building relationship with customer and not breaking their trust.I am businessmen and I always do the same. Rest is up to you if you can help me. damage product delivered Order No.1699272 .. today i got the delivery and very unlikely it was a damaged product from shopclues.com. And customer support not picking up the call.

After waiting long time i get my product order no. 1699272 and after unpack i found the product is damaged or defective.So i request to kindly change the product
I have purchased product [Soft toy Krishna] from shopclues.com with Order Number #4320907.
But when product is received it is damaged.I have given feedback to their customer care but not taken any action.Their website said 10 days return clause,but now in my case 20 days already over.

I have order tricycle vide Order 21155371/25.9.2014, Bur i received wrong productrefund process against wrong product
1. Order is different i ordered and received. 2. Product is defected. 3. It is not a Original product. 4. Merchant is rejected my return request. So return back your product and refund my money back.qrong product
