ShopClues — Faulty charger and battery | |||||
I ordered an HTC Mobile on 14 Feb 2013, with the online shopping store 'shopclues.com' . They shipped me a phone aloing with a sony ericsson charger, when i questioned the customer support team for the same issue they said the issue is not in their hands and they cannot do anything about it. And now the phone is dead i cannot claim warranty as the forgot to send an appropriate bill or i should say a genuine bill which would have eased my pains. When i contacted them again on 7th Aug 2013 they sent me a mail stating Hello, Thank you for contacting ShopClues.com. Your request has been logged with ticket number 386641, please use the same email for further communication. We try our best to get back to you within 2 working days. Team ShopClues. I got another mail the same day stating Hello, Greetings from Shopclues.com Based on your concern we would like to inform you that within 15 days of delivery invoice missing request can be fulfilled but according your order details you received this product 7 months back. Hence, we are unable to fulfill your request. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this matter.
