[Resolved] ShopClues — no delivery of product in specified period | |
i purchased a panasonic air conditioner at shopclues.com on 21 may 2013 and paid Rs 21690 with order no. 3669009 which is still not shipped by them... i called there customer care and they said it will be shipped maximum by 27 may 2013 and till today not shipped. now they are saying item is out of stock with merchant, i will take a strict action against such sites.. if the item is not available with them then why take money from customer for That, such sites must be closed by govt. and a stirct pocily must be created to secure the customer against selling such products... i will also create a case against them in court...
