[Resolved] ShopClues — Order not received...more than 15 days | |||
Date of Order: 23rd July 2013 Order No.: 5325007 Tracking No. : [protected] I have ordered Sony Vaio laptop charger/adapter from Shopclues.com, It has been more than 15 days and i have not received my order. According to them they have shipped my order on 29th July. however, the tracking number provided by them is invalid. When i contacted their delivery partner (BlueDart), they confirmed that the tracking number is invalid and they have not received the shipment from Shopclues/merchant. Even after my regular calls and emails to Shopclues, they are not able to track my order. They always ask for more time to track it. When i asked them to cancel my order and refund my money - they refused and said that because product has been shipped they cant refund. I simply dont refund where have they shipped it to and with which courier service because their delivery partner has simply denied any such shipment acceptance. Further, they irritates customers by saying that "Please wait more, you will receive it one day". I really want to report about this website and would suggest users NOT TO ORDER ANYTHING FROM SHOPCLUES.COM. They are CHEATERS Ans their customer service representatives are even more PATHETIC.
