[Resolved]  ShopClues — Ordered Item not received

I had placed an order of Strontium 16GB Micro SD Memory Card (Class 10) on 20/07/13 vide order no. 5237237 with shopclues.com.

They claimed that order has been completed and delivered but I haven't received it till. As per the courier details provided by them, I am regularly tracking on website of DTDC (Docket No. Z[protected], status is "IN TRANSIT" unchanged since 25/07/13. I spoke to DTDC executive also, they said it is untraceable and may be lost.

But, shopclues.com executive claimed that DTDC website showing status as "Delivered".

So, Now I would request you to please take the matter seriously, and help me to get the delivery of the ordered item or arrange the refund of double of money with interest I had paid.

And also I want a compensation of mental stress which I have been suffering since 25/07/13 along with the calls I had made & used internet to track the shipment & writing mails to them. Approx. expenses for these is Rs. 400/-.

Dear From where you will get the POD when I haven't received it. I have attached the pix also.

Don't know how many more days you will require to resolve it.
Either arrange a same card within 05 days or refund double money with interest and compensation of approx. Rs. 500/- for phone calls & internet charges.

I have also lodged a complaint with Ministry of Consumer Affairs vide complaint no. :60959/2/2013.

I really felt bad when you people said that it has been delivered and we are arranging POD.

But I have not received my item.

regarding order no 25165203.

My complain is regarding delay in my order no 25165203 .Please tell me the status of this order. When i will get this order.please reply me as soon as..iam already paid.

Not disclosing a fraud transaction

ShopClues team members are not disclosing the order ID of a fraud transaction. I have a mail chain conversation more than 20 mails but they are not cancelling the order.

Payment has been done by fraud, already had given an application to cyber security cell, police department.

Not helping the customer at all.
