ShopClues — they not even bothering to reply to me | |
i ordered cushions from shopclues.com on 25th august with order number 6250867 and when i received these n found that they r just half in size frm normal cushions n now when i asked them to return then nobody from their side bothered to talk wid me or mail me ..
cushions r to support back but they r so tiny that they wont even touch the back when sitting on sofa .. attached the foto as well n outlined the size of real cushion on the pic

i bought the product with trust in ur site that i wont get anything wrong so i didnt bothered to check it immidiately and moreover the person isnt free to immidiately check n do everything .. i have other works to do as well .. and return policy comes when there is defect in product but here u sent the wrong product ...
