[Resolved] ShopClues — Wrong product delivery | |||
Hello, I have ordered one mobile case form the site www.shopclues.com. This is the link i have used to purchase http://www.shopclues.com/smart-flip-flap-case-cover-pouch-for-micromax-canvas-a110-superfone-2.html. In this link they have shown a white case and after i get the delivery i have found that the case is black in color. I have contacted their customer care and didn't get a positive comment from them. But all the other major online shopping sites provide replacement of any wrong deliveries occured. So please help to solve this issue. Hi,
I've bought samsung laptop bag from ShopClues.com by looking to the futures rain cover and original samsung bag (attached screen shot).
But when it got delevered, there was no rain cover in bag and i doubt bag is not original samsung product by looking the quality of the bag.
I've contacted ShopClues.com customer support many timed, but they says "product that is delivered is that same that is mentioned on the website"
could you please help me on this.
