I'm Trinath adhikary, PFNo:MH/KDV/13484/24850 I've resigned from SSL on
Feb-2013 and applied for PF claim on[protected] but still I'm waiting
for my PF amount.

I had submitted the PF Withdrawl form to my employer while resigning.

Till date i am not getting my PF
i was already submit my PF withdrawl form to mumbai office but till date i have not receive any kind of pf

Dear Sir,
I was the employee of Shoppers Stop Ltd in MGF Saket, New Delhi, and had left in 2009, It's been more than three year that i have left there, many time have applied for PF still not received. My PF no is MH/0014812/16881

Neither they have any status.

I'm Sandesh Bhandari, PFNo:MH/KDV/13484/22358 I've resigned from SSL on
May-2012 and applied for PF claim on[protected] . But Hr didn't send my PF form to PF office.

Then again I went to Shoppers stop many time in a year, but same reply we have not sent or HR had been changed, we have to send your pf form once again so n so... Even I have visited to PF office at Kandivali, They also reply the same that they have not received PF application from Shopper stop. My last PF claim application submitted on Sept 2014 and still problem persist . I didn't received my PF amount.

Please request you to look into the matter and awaiting for positive response.
