[Resolved] Shopping. Rediff.com — Received defective product. | |
Order Number: 5466294 I have ordered a Universal Blue tooth through rediff. I received a defective product from the seller. After i complaining to the Rediff, they said the return back the product to the seller. I did so. I sent the product to the seller for the address given by Rediff. After waiting for 2 more weeks i still not get the new product. when i enquired with the courier people I came to know that the parcel which i sent to the seller got returned since the address of the seller is shifted. How come the seller's address get changed when i sent the parcel to the same address which you have given in the previous mail. I hope the seller is intentionally rejecting the parcel from the courier services. Think once here: Along with the sellers address i have also given his phone number, the courier people might have called the seller with that number, they will not simply return the parcel just like that.
