Dear Sir, Would like to update you and need your help as I made a online shopping through Rediff, they have not yet send me any acknowledgement email or they not even reply to my email, they dont have any contact number, this rediff shopping really make me fool and I am looted with 3050 INR. I am order one 360 degree stunt car Total Amt INR Rs.385.00 Order no.6311367. and payment mode by delivery at site. so rediff send my order By Indian Post, they charges me INR Rs.405 and open these parcel are empty box, so i contact with rediff, They advise me send proof to rediff I send proof by Post master etc,
so these are agree with refunding amt.
But these not refund me my amt. they only said your amt paid by rediff in next week, I also call on rediff but these not give me response and take my call on hold about 1 hrs. and not give specific time limit to reach money order.
So, Please help me refunding my payment.
